I never know quite what to expect when the mysterious @thestband books a session in. We always have a lot of fun though, and cuppas and stories.

‘SMOKE AND MIRRORS’ IS OUT NOW!

You can listen on Spotify, Apple Music, and all the rest. We hope you enjoy!

Final thanks to @harbourmasterrr productions for making it happen, you were a pleasure to work with and we’d love to again.

To @tyleracourt , we hope you know how much we appreciated having you there, you and your photography are class and this release wouldn’t have been anywhere near as good without you around.

Finally, on a personal note to @boejeall and @benjiman1487, you both contributed so much to this track and it wouldn’t have been possible without you, mint people to have as pals as well as musicians, thanks so much to the pair of you.

Made* a lyric video for our new single, 'Plastic'.

*downloaded a cool old Ub Iwerks animation from 1937 and put some subtitles over the top...

*OUT NOW!*

We're very proud to bring you our third single, 'Plastic', which just so happens to be our favourite one so far.
Follow the links in our bio to stream it from wherever you want to stream it from, but ultimately please just take some time out and enjoy some music (a wildly underrated thing to do...)

Without wanting to get on our soapbox, it feels important to say that as gentle as it may sound, this is *very much* an anti-far-right-fascist song. We're sick of minorities being scapegoated for everything, so we wanted to write a song promoting equality, community and inclusivity.

Because "we're all made of the same bones".

All our love, American Wrestling

Number 4 completed, and I'd love to say it's getting easier...
But, 1:58:19 was a lot faster than I expected!

Highlights were (in no particular order)
- Getting a life-giving jelly baby from my ever-charitable mam around the 11 mile mark.
- Seeing a wonderful message from my amazing family on the big screen near the end.
- Getting to listen to the increasingly incredible @theeleopardprint around 2 miles in.
- Seeing absolutely loads of friends and familiar faces from the start line right through to the finish line.

Lowlight was missing a high five from the legendary @bigdanburn. He'll have to do it again next year...

What a day!

I'm especially proud of my kids this year, who did the mini and junior runs yesterday, and raised a stunning £338 for @the_toby_henderson_trust to add to the £100 that I raised too.
Thanks so much to everyone who sponsored us, it means the world, and extra special thanks to my wife who there's no way on earth we could have done it without.

Speech over. Enjoy your evening.

Haven't posted properly in months, so here's your increasingly less regular reminder that I am indeed still here and working hard. I'm pretty much fully booked until October, so get in touch if you need me.
This photo is called "when you're finishing an amazing album and going for a run after".
