Let’s be honest, nobody wants to get up every day and go to work, but, it could be a whole lot worse than this project! Large refurb run by Alto Interiors of Tavistock. I’m assisting on rip out at this stage. Will be a new kitchen, utility, 3 new bathrooms plus much more. Gorgeous house and garden beside Horsebridge. Looking forward to getting back here close to Xmas to decorate right through. #housereferbishment #countryhouse #ripout #construction by @hardtrevor

This week’s new vinyl. The very talented @jindersongs A Million Points of Light. So happy to finally have some Phil’s great work on vinyl. Been a fan for many years after hearing his acoustic version of Audioslave’s Cochise in The Cecil Arms, Saltash. A truly brilliant song writer and performer #jindersongs #vinyl #singersongwriter #vinyljunkie #vinylcollectionpost by @hardtrevor

Ziggy very much enjoying an early morning walk. A little low lying mist and a gorgeous sunrise over local fields. Early starts to the day like this soothe the soul. #lurchersofinstagram #dogwalkinglife #sunrise #earlymornings #dogsofinstagram by @hardtrevor

Taking a well needed Friday off whilst still recovering from eye surgery. Just happened to time it with this latest release from the incredibly talented @toyahofficial Revelations. B sides and rarities that contain some of my favourite tracks. A true artist in so many ways. #toyah #revelations #vinyl #vinylcollectionpost #vinyllover by @hardtrevor

2 new albums added to the ever growing vinyl collection. @caseylowerymusic Lekkerland 2, an absolutely beautiful album from this very talented, funny and cool artist. Also, delivered this afternoon, the brilliant @sleep_token 4th album, Even In Arcadia, instrumental version. That’s 4 different versions of this album in my collection! Really interesting to hear all the intricacies of the instruments, musically a very clever album. #caseylowry #sleeptoken #lekkerland #eveninarcadia #vinyl by @hardtrevor

Managed to escape the house for an hour today, enjoy the views of Plymouth Sound. Sporting my new @thefishlocker sea bass T-shirt delivered this morning. Excellent quality T, fast delivery and a good price. If you haven’t watched any of the videos from @thefishlocker @thefishlockers on YouTube, I highly recommend heading over and giving them a go. If you’re into fishing, family adventure holidays, you’ll be in for a treat. Whilst I’m home recuperating, I’ve become addicted to the amazing videos and have decided that James is the best at fishing! Sorry John 😬 #thefishlocker #fishing #newtshirt #youtubefishing #plymouthhoe by @hardtrevor

Been on complete rest since the end of May due to eye surgery for retinal and macular detachment. Also been a particularly shitty week, mentally hitting a real low. So today I escaped for a few hours! Just a short drive out of Plymouth to this peach of a spot for some sun and sea. Just glorious! Also fuelled by the obligatory egg and salad cream rolls! Fuck me did I need this today! #sea #mentalhealth #escape #coast by @hardtrevor
