Back in 2022, I competed in a Men’s Physique competition and throughout the prep, I did what you need to do to get on stage ⁣ ⁣ You need to go all in⁣ ⁣ No meals out, no drinks, no socialising if it interferes with your cardio or your meals ⁣ ⁣ And it worked ⁣ ⁣ But it was all for nothing ⁣ ⁣ I hated it and couldn’t wait for it to end so I could return to normal ⁣ ⁣ That’s exactly how most guys try to diet ⁣ ⁣ Which is one of the biggest factors into why you can’t lose fat successfully or keep it off ⁣ ⁣ Because you’re treating it as a means to an end ⁣ ⁣ You’re thinking if you suffer now, you’ll be successful later ⁣ ⁣ But it’s driving you up the wall⁣ ⁣ You then fall off the ol’ wagon before you get to your goal ⁣ ⁣ And if you do manage to tough it out enough to get to the end point, you quickly fall right back to where you started ⁣ ⁣ A position that has you feeling exhausted and helpless, feeling like you’ve tried everything⁣ ⁣ It has you kicking yourself for failing again, driving that feeling of shame because you just can’t seem to see it through ⁣ ⁣ And it has you fearing that you’ll never end up as the man you aspire to be, the one with confidence & conviction inside his every move, the one who leads by example for his friends & family ⁣ ⁣ But you’re following a plan like this, you’re destined to fail right from the beginning. Because you’re creating a life that you don’t want to live⁣ ⁣ When you f*ck that off, and execute on a plan aligned with your life & the lifestyle you want to have that teaches you the skills to still be able to have a couple beers with your mates or a dinner at the weekend, still be able to enjoy a bit of cheesecake and STILL get in shape that’s when everything will change ⁣ ⁣ You stop having to make a choice of having fun or being in shape and realise you can be a greedy c*nt and take the lot ⁣ ⁣ So if you want to lose 6-8kg over the next 8 weeks so that you can walk into a room with your head up & your shoulders relaxed, as the best version of yourself, rather than walking in hoping nobody sees you and comments on you wearing the same baggy black t shirt again ⁣ ⁣ DM “INFO” ⁣ ⁣ Entries close September 25th @11:59pm UK time⁣
