Meet your new favourite snack, New Zealand! 🇳🇿

Light, crunchy and packed with plant-based goodness, Harman Phool Makhana AKA Indian Popcorn is proof that snacking can be delicious AND nourishing 🌱

✔️ Plant-based goodness
✔️ Rich in Protein
✔️ Naturally Gluten-Free and Energising
✔️ Contains minerals that support bone health
✔️ Perfect for your next snack craving!

DID YOU KNOW? Unlike popcorn, which pops from corn kernels, Makhana comes from the seeds of an aquatic plant! Even more surprising? The prickly water lily plant grows in ponds and wetlands, making this crunchy snack a little gift from the water!

Whether you’re watching your favourite show, need a little afternoon crunch or want to try something new, it’s time to give Indian popcorn its moment! 🍿

📍 Find Harman Phool Makhana at your nearest Woolworths and Ethnic Stores across NZ
