The Auckland Food Show ended… and we realised we weren’t ready to say goodbye. 🥹

So… we’ve decided to take matters into our own hands.

Call it FOMO. Call it separation anxiety. Call it an excuse to serve more delicious food… 😅

We’re taking The Harman Bazaar on tour so we can come and see YOU instead! 🚗🇳🇿

Our first stop is just around the corner… 👀

STAY TUNED because this is only the beginning!

POV: You’re getting ready for movie night… but snacks come first. 🍿🎬

Niki’s pick? Phool Makhana! 🪷

She’s spilling the tea on what Phool Makhana actually is and why it’s becoming everyone’s favourite guilt-free snack. 👀

Niki’s idea of a guilt-free snack:
- Healthy & Nutritious
- High in Protein & Fibre
- Crunchy & Delicious
- Gluten Free
- Low Calorie

Have you tried Phool Makhana yet? 👇

Magical and memorable moments from last week beyond the 93k mileage week 🥹💪🏽😍🇮🇳

Exhibiting at the Food Show was a dream project of mine, and a beautiful experience and opportunity for my company and team (pretty much my army). Being able to see my vision of “Bringing India closer to NZ families” was beautifully translated and the experience that we were able to deliver to everyone that came to our stand by was truly memorable. Each and every visitor got a feel of India, and we were able to so proudly show off our culture, food, tradition , hospitality and all the beautiful different elements that make India.

While all this sounds glamorous, I wouldn’t say it was the most ideal weak for prioritising my health and wellbeing (that sometimes comes with the cost of running your own business). But that’s partly my fault, I could have dialled back on the training a little, slept a little more and ate meals on time.

I have a no excuses mindset that gets me out of bed everyday, and having my routine keeps me going throughout the day, which just translates to the endorphins we get from working out. So to anyone who asked me these last few days how am I surviving whilst being up since 4am, the endorphins and energy from people keep me going 😍😍

Training last week recap:
MON: Upper body @lesmillsnewlynn + easy 10K
TUE: 3x12 mins threshold + lower body (10K PB: 44:04)
WED: Easy 16k
THU: 7x1K repeats avg 4:13 /km
FRI: weighted cardio, upper body & core @lesmillsnewlynn + 30 mins easy run
SAT: 90 min long run + super Mario high five from an old Punjabi uncle
SUN: Easy 15k sunrise run

I’m grateful for how much my body can do, and how well it handles this level of intensity, but it’s time to prioritise my health.

Another awesome haul from this year's @foodshownz in Auckland. Thanks for having us, and to all the awesome people and vendors we met and chatted to. One of my highlights of the year and it's always an awesome time getting to try new things as well as pick up the familiar. Didn't think we'd be walking out with so much but we are well and truly stocked up!
