I said i would share this journey, so here’s an update.

Somewhere around mid June i rolled out of the bed 40 mins before the @fearmke 5k without training to run down the block. I had no idea this would set the tone for my summer and uncover something i didn’t know I needed.

I started at a 36 min 5k and now at the end of August I’m at 28 mims.

How did this happen? I kept showing up for myself!

Nothing more nothing less. I’m officially bitten by the bug.

Less about people and more about you!

How many days can you go outside and choose yourself?

The person I discovered while running and the person that’s been looking for me for the last 2-3 years. I’m a full time father, student, husband, and professional. So the those guys lost gym rat Harry in the thick of it all. I’ve stayed “active”, but not to my standard.

It’s wasnt until I decided to get off my ass and run that I found the person I was looking for again, and I truly love to hate it.
