Less about people and more about you!

How many days can you go outside and choose yourself?

The person I discovered while running and the person that’s been looking for me for the last 2-3 years. I’m a full time father, student, husband, and professional. So the those guys lost gym rat Harry in the thick of it all. I’ve stayed “active”, but not to my standard.

It’s wasnt until I decided to get off my ass and run that I found the person I was looking for again, and I truly love to hate it.

Sit and listen to what I have to say or don’t. I’m just holding myself accountable for being the best version of myself.

Sometimes, if you don’t like what the mirror or the scale is showing you, you have to do one of a few things:

A. Get up off your ass and move.
B. Put the fork down and stop eating so much. You don’t need that much fuel in a car that you’re barely moving.
C. Lock in and stop making excuses.
D. All of the above.

So far I still hate running, but im still here because I want it.

Sub 30 5k at 240lbs is what the aim is. I’ll probably drop weight in pursuit and that’s quite alright with me.

Shoutout to @fearmke for giving me the push to keep going.
