Less about people and more about you!

How many days can you go outside and choose yourself?

The person I discovered while running and the person that’s been looking for me for the last 2-3 years. I’m a full time father, student, husband, and professional. So the those guys lost gym rat Harry in the thick of it all. I’ve stayed “active”, but not to my standard.

It’s wasnt until I decided to get off my ass and run that I found the person I was looking for again, and I truly love to hate it.

To all my family and friends,

I need everyone's help and support, please.

Today, I'm releasing the trailer for my new short-film, "Just Do It."

Please repost, share or tell someone about the project.

Watch "Just Do It" on my Youtube channel: Paul Harris Steward https://youtu.be/_QYD6QiX5u0

I am still crowdfunding to help with promoting, travel, and, film festivals, so any donation is greatly appreciated. https://gofund.me/9e0c5f4d1

I'm sharing my story to hopefully help someone else suffering in silence.

Black man, you’re worthy of things that slows down the time. You don’t have to be in overdrive all the time.

Don’t wait for anyone to offer this to you, take what you need.

Sit and listen to what I have to say or don’t. I’m just holding myself accountable for being the best version of myself.

Sometimes, if you don’t like what the mirror or the scale is showing you, you have to do one of a few things:

A. Get up off your ass and move.
B. Put the fork down and stop eating so much. You don’t need that much fuel in a car that you’re barely moving.
C. Lock in and stop making excuses.
D. All of the above.

So far I still hate running, but im still here because I want it.

Sub 30 5k at 240lbs is what the aim is. I’ll probably drop weight in pursuit and that’s quite alright with me.

Shoutout to @fearmke for giving me the push to keep going.

Men’s Mental Health Month may be ending, but like every cause that truly matters, it shouldn’t end with the month. 💙

Spirit Sunday | Quotes by: Sean

As seasons change, so does your spiritual journey. The Creator is guiding you into greater alignment, deeper connection, and a more intentional relationship with your divine purpose.

Trust where you are being led. Embrace the new adventures, opportunities, and experiences unfolding before you. They are arriving to bring greater harmony, growth, and joy into your life.

This season isn’t happening to you. It’s unfolding for you.

May your spirt be renewed, your path illuminated, and your heart open to all that is meant for you.

For the Black men who learned early how to be responsible, dependable, and resilient.

For the ones who became the strong one.
The reliable one.
The one people call when things fall apart.

Somebody should’ve told you a long time ago that being loved and being needed are not the same thing.

You were worthy before you became useful.

These reminders are for the parts of you that exist beyond the role you’ve been asked to play.

The parts that deserve care, support, understanding, and room to simply be human.

May you never forget that there is more to you than what you carry.
