I parked #k5biskit in the @hart_fab booth at @triplecrownofrodding on Saturday and was able to show off his square body tubs in my engine bay. If it’s a 67-98 GM, they have you covered with tuna, firewall shave panels and a few other parts. Check them out. taken in Nashville Superspeedway by @hart_fab

The team over at @Tre5Customs are known for some of the nicest trucks around the country and this one falls into place just fine. Under the hood is home to a @chevroletperformance zz632ci big block surrounded by @hart_fab inners and lots of fab work. The exterior remains close to factory look with the addition of @holleyperformance retro brights up front. Interior wise it’s equipped with @tmiproducts bucket seats, custom center console, upgraded audio, gauges, & ac. All sits on a @roadstershop IRS Fast Track chassis mated to 20” @schottperformancewheels backed by @baer_brakes 16” rotor and 6 piston combo. K5 Biskit has been on tour since SEMA showing off the glossy patina finish but far from your neglected project in the backyard! @BurrellImages took her from a pile of parts to a beast. Under the hood is home to a Gen V LT1 powerplant covered in teal accents surrounded by @hart_fab inners. The interior has been equipped with bucket seats, upgraded audio and electronics including @vintageair_ to stay cool for the summer and @lokarinc billet pedals. One of my favorite added details is the “patina” look added to the topper to match the body that’s outfitted with various @autometaldirect pieces. This round eye C10 dubbed “Subtle Square” shows that not everything needs to be perfected to be appreciated. I love the Truck scene because they appreciate the “Crusty” and patina builds more than most cultures among the automotive scene. @Mikemgd’s vision was brought to life by the team over at @protouringtexas. Under the hood was outfitted with a @chevroletperformance LS3 powerplant surrounded by @hart_fab inner fenders with patterns that remind me of the old blankets you’d find in these trucks across their bench seats back in the day. That pattern carried its way into the interior featuring buckets from @paulgomez817 using @slosh_tubz bases paired with @vintageair_. All sits on a @roadstershop chassis and 22” @Forgeline wheels. Been quite but we're still here ripping out parts every week! This first video represents about 60-65 hours of work.

Little update:

Firewall sections welded and metal finished as one piece. Haven't yet to weld the firewall to the cab because the doghouse section is next and its easier to have access removing the firewall for curtain sections.
A/C box clearance checked along with mocking up the column and throttle pedal. Also mocked up the sweet @hart_fab inner fenders. So right now I'm good to move forward without trying to work around anything that needs special treatment.
We got out @dymepsi fittings in and I'll finish designing the bulkhead next also.
