If you’ve been craving a space to touch grass, unplug and experience the wisdom of Ireland’s ancient land, this is your invitation. 🧚

This November, we’re gathering in the Wicklow Mountains at the incredible @thedeerstone for our final retreat of the year: three nights of restorative practices, nature, ritual, rest and reconnection.

HartFest 2026 ✹

Wow. We had a feeling this weekend was going to be special, but it truly exceeded every expectation.

Our spaces have always been created with lived experience at its heart. To witness the heartbeat of why we create these spaces come to life felt like pure magic.

This weekend was a true co-creation with the wonderful team at @atwinterbourne , our incredible facilitators, and every single person who arrived with an open heart and poured their spirit into bringing the weekend to life.

The most beautiful way to celebrate two years of creating spaces for exploration, expression, connection, and returning to the wisdom of nature, our bodies, and the joy of being amongst community.

HartFest came together in less than two months, which makes us even more excited for what we are already creating for HartFest 2027.

For 2027, we’ve been refining and creating immersive experiences designed to take you on a full sensory journey of embodiment, exploration and connection.

As always, these spaces are multi-dimensional, weaving together practices, people and places full of life, heart and wisdom.

The waitlists are now open, and we’ll be sharing more on what to expect, as well as our wonderful collaborations, with our waitlist community first, very soon.

Our final retreat of 2026 ‘Return to Roots’ will be in Ireland this November 13-16.

Three nights in the Wicklow Mountains, wholesome locally sourced meals, woodland walks, sauna, fires, Celtic ritual and a fusion of practices to invite deep rest and a reconnection to the magic and wisdom of nature.

The Space Between ꩜

Gathering with women over the Autumn Equinox and Harvest Full Moon, in one of our favourite places to retreat, La Cura, was magic.

Impossible to capture with words, but can still feel all the beauty stirring and pulsing within. So potent to gather at this liminal time.

Spaces for women to reconnect, to remember and to return to themselves are medicine we need more of.

Nature is our greatest resource.

So much of modern life asks us to look elsewhere for ways to feel more connected or more alive. Yet when we orient our attention towards nature, we organically return to those states.

Immersing ourselves in the natural world invites a remembering of our own rhythm, of our connection to one another, of the part of us that already knows how to bask in the beauty of being.

This is what we love about gathering in wild and beautiful places, nature is never the backdrop to the experience, it’s the heart of it.

And in the richness of the Wicklow mountains, we’re creating space. Space to step out of the noise of everyday life. Into a deeper sense of rest, connection, and restoration. The kind that lands deep, deep in the bones.
