Mentally I’m still here 💘
Dreaming about slow mornings in Girona enjoying the sunny Mediterranean while it’s been raining in Alicante marking the end of the summer (yes, it was still summer before ❣️)

Now that was a beautiful one right on time 💫

Nourishing practices, sunrise watching, nature, community, kind words, moon gazing, rest, music, vegan food and the beauty of Spain with wonderful woman 🇪🇸

I am a November Sagittarius I like adventures, depth, laughter and also some time when no one needs anything from me.

I love “to retreat” and then also “come home” 🏠

as I look back on the summer I’m remind the importance of stepping outside of routine and into new surroundings

at the end of July I went on a day retreat with @hartspaces at @atwinterbourne, a space geographical far away and energetically distant from my home bubble.

as a self employed person without any proper colleagues sometime the echo chamber of my mind can become a bit hollow at at the same time very fixed. the landscape has its parts that I’ve put there but it can become dull with familiarity.

going and spending time on retreat brought a sharp shine back to the workings of my mind and poured in so much inspiration.

Meeting with old & new friends, people who were tapped into their own wellbeing, here to re-treat them selves as well as all the incredible teachers and facilitators gave me a lift that I really needed.

it’s easy for me to get in my patterns week in and week out, the gentle flow of life but more and more I’m recognising the importance of regular deviations.

I guess I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful schedule to feel so comfortable in but each time I step outside I realise the inspiration and magic that comes pouring in.

as we head into autumn I’m excited for the deviations this season will bring, where will I step outside of my routine, what events will come and disrupt my days.

In 10 days me and @viola.artstudio have our own Open Skies retreat. A huge move into a new space for me as a facilitator and 5 days of being outside my routine. I’m excited for the new shapes and shine it will bring to my internal work world and the polishing of my mind an entirely new adventure will bring.

⭕️ 🤰 Myself and fellow pregnant mumma @emmatianwilliamson were surprised with a sound circle to close out this chapter as we enter this new motherhood portal with our babes, initiated by @varsanahart and lovingly sung by @yogawithmanasi

Each circle holds a special transmission and one which came through to me is the worry I’ve heard about bringing the next generation into the world as it stands, circles like this, spaces like this - remind me connection prevails, the world in all its polarity holds so much depth and beauty, if only we take the courage to be with it, as much as we bleed with it. I believe we are conscious cocreators of the babes we birth, perfectly formed for the next evolution of our human consciousness

I’ve been so grateful to build community with @hartspaces over the years - travelling to Bali, Bristol, Spain and Somerset to teach on retreats. In the latest HartFest this summer I got to come together with founder @varsanahart and the incredible teaching team @yogawithmanasi @yogabysunny @emmatianwilliamson for a weekend as well as many of the retreat community and suprised by this incredible song circle.

“We only meet in beautiful spaces” we joked. But it has become somewhat of a ritual. To enter into a carefully crafted exquisitely beautiful spaces and to meet oneself in various life stages!

The pure energy from the spaces are a high and profound connection which last long after the experiences. I think most of the world seeks these in synthetics and intoxicants. That’s what retreats and circles are the antidote for the kind of world we want to raise the next generation in🧡

The impact flows into the life, family, work and heart of all those who are touched by them.

Until next time, thank you @hartspaces xxx
