* Men & Woman*- Because men need nurturing, relaxing& effective bodywork 💧

Full body Lomi Lomi techniques involve working different parts of the body simultaneously, switching in between different pressure of the tissues(soft, medium, deep tissue) while working on all the layers of the body; (fascia, lymph, muscles, organs etc) which helps the mind& body to fully let go and drop in to a trance like state, letting the nervous system relax and the body becomes more responsive to change. It is designed to be ceremonial journey back to balance and wholeness; body-mind & spirit taken in Temecula, California by @hastivoss

Abdominal, Womb, Pelvic& Breast bodywork is a powerful practice that blends the wisdom of Rolfing structural integration with the sacred tradition of Mexican Abdominal Sobada to help women of all ages—from the monarch phase of adolescence to the wisdom years of menopause—reconnect with their bodies in a profound, nurturing way. This bodywork supports women in their journeys of transformation, healing, and deep embodiment, allowing them to honor the sacredness of their wombs

Thank you to my teachers for sharing their knowledge and to all the women who came before me🩸

I am so happy to share beauty and connection in this way by supporting women and their bodies.

I truly feel we have all the answers as women in our bodies, but we have been swayed in the constant misdirection by society of what it means to be a women and how to take deep care of ourselves with our own hands through the wisdom shared by the wise women who have come before us, our grandmothers, mothers, aunts, cousins and sweet freinds. Take the time to have discussions with the women in your lives, gain wisdom, and remember what it feels like to hold each other through all the phases of your life.

I am here passionate to take all I have learned from my mother, the women in my lineage, and my teachers who have poured into me and sharing it with the women who are ready to receive.

You're the best part of my life, the one who laid the foundation for all the beauty I've ever experienced and in your spirit, I'll always keep the beauty growing. It's never goodbye it's see you later jiji, in my dreams and my heart🕊

In the first video it's my birthday and my baba is telling me all about the day my maman gave birth to me and how amazing it was. Look at his joy 🫶 by @hastivoss

nothing makes me feel more beautiful then having two stunning women drip me in precious gold and remind me of the essence of beauty.. especially of beauty in places you wouldnt normally see it.. in the midst of tears or sadness.

BUT I'll take the high frequency of gold on my skin over salty tears anyday🫀

thank you and love you
