Tending to a woman’s belly is one of the most visceral forms of prayer.

Beginning on my knees, facing her pelvis
Her sacrum in my right palm, her womb under my left

Bringing my full presence to the intricate ecosystem in which her womb is held

Listening deeply to tissue, organs, blood and bone

Melting my hands into fascia and inviting it to stretch back into its fluid drenched, dewy state, slower than the snails gliding on my shower wall

Creating space for organs to come back into their place, supporting the body’s orchestration of circulation and elimination that is sacred and crucial to whole-body health

Sensing emotions move through tissue and holding space for their release, as waters flow and cleanse and her system repatterns itself

Holding a woman in her feminine essence, tending the sheer magic that is her physical vessel

And over time, witnessing her body return to her innate design ♾️

Limited sessions in Hannover this month. DM for details and bookings 💌

“When your lungs scream, when your grip fails, when your mind screams surface now, remember…there are families who would give anything for one more hard workout with a person they loved and lost. Be bigger and stronger for something larger than yourself. That’s how we remember and honor.” - Rob Newson, CAPT (RET) USN, SEAL Class 163

I want to give a very special shoutout to @hastivoss for blessing with me with a beautiful prenatal bodywork session during one of my last days of pregnancy. She invited me into her beautiful, sacred space and made me feel like a queen dripping in honey. Her hands moved over me and my baby with so much love, bringing so much peace and relaxation over me. It was an experience I will always cherish💕Deep gratitude for your kindness and truly one of a kind offering.

Not in order. Not including connecting flights.
Over the span of the last year.
Bathroom selfies, rushed layovers, airplane sourdough and bags of Mexican mangos, “I made it” messages and airport cortados, spontaneous detours, a red eye, hastily stuffing precious tallow in a tiny jam jar, gettin stopped at security for my raw cheese every time.
And every flight, every journey I am consumed with the awareness of how precious and fragile life is. The awe of it brought to tender reality when you’re floating in and through the sky. Between time zones and adventures, the hopeful connection. The terrifying yet powerful leap of faith that bridges each experience to yet another integration, landing, beginning, new phase.
These in between spaces, the liminal depth are such strange yet powerful transitions. What was left behind each time I took off. The version of me that didn’t get back on the plane. The same sky, different soil. Same girl. Evolving woman. New memories. New lessons. Trainings. A Festival. Concerts. Reunions. A Roadtrip. Prayers of mine scattered all over the world like turtle bones buried in sand.

A thousand small deaths and rebirths weaved together by flight numbers and faith. Mother Eagle, sing me alive!

every year I say LET THIS BE THE YEAR WOMEN RECEIVE PROPER CARE and you know what, it still might not be the year the medical model reflects it, but I am seeing many more spaces and places where women CAN get proper individualized treatment and that feels SO GOOD. ✨✨✨✨

if you’re a woman supporting women, TOOT YOUR HORN: tell us who you are, what you do, and why you do it! and thank you for being here.

I am a seeker of truth + within this knowing I’ve learned that a persons capacity for growth is directly linked to how much truth they can face about themselves without running away✨may you be a seeker of truth as well on your journey forward..
