As much as I love spinning deep heavy house and electro, the lighter more uplifting sets have often been my favorites to do. There's a real joy in doing a successful opening set, and I find it really fun getting to set the vibe of the night. So here are some of the tracks I would choose for an opening slot:

1. The Caribou - Luis Radio Mix
2. A Dreams a Dream - Ron Trent Mix
3. Moving Cities - Faze Action
4. Come To Me - Ricanstruction Vocal Mix
5. Sunny - Yambú
6. Mystic Man - Al Kent
7. Lotta Love - Joey Negro Yacht Disco Mix
8. Pusherman - Sean McCabe Remix

Cut these clips from a mix I did last week - this one contained a nice selection of deep house and acid house It's been interesting to use social media for the djing stuff, as it feels like it's really become a place for me to log my fav tracks. I'm excited to see how this impacts my skills and selection in the future. 🪩🐸

1. Inspiration - Jeremy Groove
2. Not the first time - Steve Bug
3. Can you feel it - Tom Carruthers
4. Play me off - Kyle Walker
5. Junk Air - b0n
6. Losing - Trent Voyage
