There was something so fun about just some jeans, super casual vibes, and friends getting photos together at the beach in Kamloops to just capture a moment in time! ⁣

Love this little fam of mine so much it hurts even if I’m in the most exhausting season of my life! We’re holding on and keeping the pedal down baby!

I’m still processing what happened at the amazing QOH event!

I shared parts of my story- my singleness, my insecurities, my healing and my journey back to myself. And instead of shame or fear, what I received was love, understanding and community.

Hearing your messages, hugs, and stories after the talk reminded me of why we need to have those conversations openly. So many of us are having the same feelings, the same questions, the same wounds.

Thank you for helping turn vulnerability into something powerful.

Thank you for making me feel seen, held and understood.

This was healing in ways I can’t describe. ❤️‍🩹

As the night came to a close, all I could feel was grateful. Grateful for the laughter that filled the room, the cheers during the giveaways, and the hugs shared at the door. Tears of joy and gratitude had melted off a polished version of myself but I was left with a heart bursting with love for these women that believed in the vision and shared this incredible moment with us!!! I can’t wait for you all to experience the next event! Yes, the planning has started, I couldn’t help myself! 😝🤩😂

Grateful for every single person who chose to show up and be part of Queen of Hearts Kamloops. ♥️

The smiles between strangers who became friends. The women who said they finally felt like they belonged. The sense that Kamloops is ready for more spaces where connection, community, and celebration come together.

When I look back, I’ll see the people who made it possible, the stories that were shared, and the energy of a city ready for something new.

That’s the heart of HAUS of Bosh, and this is only the beginning. 🖤👑
