the cutest matcha pop-up in hawaii

🌺 @hausoffusion has been doing these super popular matcha pop-ups all over oahu. we visited her @paikohawaii one (she’s doing another one on 6/28 at 10am!) and it was SO much fun!

🍵 she has a variety of matcha lattes, sodas, and cloud top ones to choose from. the cloud top features a refreshing coconut water that i didn’t think would work with the matcha but i was so wrong because they were so good! 🥥

🧈 she makes all of her syrups in-house along with some other cute matcha items like matcha salts, scrubs and butter

💚 i’d highly recommend checking out her pages @hausoffusion @haus_of_aloha for updates ! taken in Honolulu, Hawaii by @hausoffusion

📍”Wanna See My Matcha Hauls 🍵” From @hausoffusion @haus_of_aloha

🎥 Have matcha, will drive/travel is a motto I live by 😌🍵 We got our hands on the ultimate matcha haul! We got the Lavender Cloud Matcha, Lilikoi Yuzu Cloud Matcha, Banana Foster Brûlée Matcha, and Strawberry Matcha 🍓 My mom loves the Banana Foster one! It’s super creamy and is the perfect banana flavor 🍌 I personally love the Lavender Cloud Matcha 💜 It’s floral and creamy — you can choose your own milk alternatives, I went with coconut water since I’ve been on a coconut kick recently 🤩 She makes her matcha lattes at home, so please DM her for the menu and to coordinate pickup at her place in Kaimuki 👍🏻 The next date pickup date is 6/7 but she’ll have more in the future so follow for updates! Which drink do you want to try?

❣️Mahalo to @hausoffusion for having us! 🤙🏼

ᴍᴀᴛᴄʜᴀ ᴍᴏᴍᴇɴᴛ 🍵♡︎

📍 @haus_of_aloha a hui hou pop-up 🎀

two of my fave things — matcha and plants 🥹🪴✨

visited @chef_anastacia at her a hui hou (for now!) matcha pop-up at @paikohawaii! it was so nice to finally meet in person 🤍 the matchas were all super aesthetic and very refreshing on such a hot day :)

i got the pandan tonic matcha. it’s esp a good choice for pandan lovers! 🥥 i think personally i thought the pandan overpowered the matcha flavor, but it was refreshing and super cute 🎀 i also tried my friends’ passion fantasy matcha (lots of tart notes from both the lilikoi and the yuzu honey cream) & butter mochi matcha (quite sweet, the brown sugar flavor is prominent but the cloud top does taste like butter mochi!). she uses @amimeimatcha which i approve of 👌🏼 next time i’ve got my eye on the earl gray one! 🫖

i also loved getting to meet @theleafyloaf_ & @divinelyguidedbeauty, and snagged a sticker from @haus_of_aloha’s @candicedoodles collab! 🍵 and then i bought myself two pretty anthuriums bc why not 😌

if you didn’t get to make it to this a hui hou event, keep your eyes out 👀 even though she’s moving, Anastacia does plan to come back periodically and do more pop-ups! 🫶🏼 taken in Paiko Hawaii by @hausoffusion

LAVENDER CLOUD MATCHA

🍵 Ceremonial whisked matcha
🥥 Organic coconut water
🪻 Lavender crafty syrup @hausoffusion
☁️ Topped w/ lavender matcha cold foam

TO MAKE CLOUD FOAM:
1. Begin by whisking matcha with a small amount of water to achieve a paste-like consistency.

2. Next, incorporate heavy cream, lavender syrup, lavender powder, and unflavored colostrum (optional).

3. Add a pinch of celtic salt, which is essential for binding and enhancing the flavors.

4. Finally, blend the mixture with a mixer until you reach your desired consistency.

Food is medicine & so healing when you’re cooking with the right ingredients. Local, fresh, organic real ingredients. Always cook with love & intention, food is only as good as the energy you put into it and people feel that transfer of energy with each bite & each sip, so do it with love 💕✨

🍵NEW MATCHA POP-UP IN HONOLULU
📍 @hausoffusion

There’s a new matcha pop-up in Honolulu.

You can find @hausoffusion at various pop-ups across Oahu. She was at Paiko Hawaii in Kakaako today, and will be there again on June 28.

Drinks feature locally sourced, organic ingredients and premium, ceremonial-grade matcha. All matcha drinks are hand-whisked and include craft syrups that are made from scratch in small batches. All drinks are 18 ounces and served cold.

Choose from drinks like:

🍯Passion Fantasy Matcha: Ceremonial matcha, organic white jasmine tea, organic coconut water, lilikoi honey craft syrup, lilikoi yuzu honey cream cloud top

🌹Full Bloom Matcha: Ceremonial matcha, organic coconut water or choice of milk, rose craft syrup, strawberry rose cream cloud top

🍵Lavender Dreams Matcha: Ceremonial matcha, organic coconut water, lavender craft syrup topped with a matcha cream cloud top

If you want something more traditional, go for matcha with a choice of milk and craft syrup or matcha soda with craft syrup. Craft syrup choices include haupia, earl grey, lilikoi honey, lychee, strawberry and more.
