I can’t believe it's already been a year 🥹 It's been a wonderful year for our family! You bring so much joy and light! You made it’s so easy to be your mom💕 by @hauyenn

9 months of You 💕 Yesterday, I told @harleyleiii that I've felt a sense of calm since we got married. And I feel peace since I have Kingsley! This little baby healed our family just by his existence, is crazy to me by @hauyenn

Kingsley’s first July 4th 🇺🇸🎇
I take a lot of his photos, but I don’t have many photos with him. I’m always in my PJs 😅 So my next goal is to capture more memories with my kids 🥰 by @hauyenn

Happy 8 months 👶🏻🍓🍌 by @hauyenn

Nobody warned me about the crash of the first period postpartum 😵‍💫😵‍💫 I was just lying down when I could, ate pizza and gained back the 4lbs i just lost hahaha🥲Despite nothing changing on the scale, my pants feel looser, so that’s progress💪🏼#postpartumfitnessjourney by @hauyenn

Day 43&44: I run around venues, multitasking as a form of workout.
Holding a camera 10+ years for vlogging, I only know auto focus, point and shoot. I didn’t expect to have a spark for photography while working my @makeupbyhauyenn job 🤭 The goal is to showcase our beautiful work!

Day 45: first time I deadlifted again after giving birth! I feel good with the form. Nothing works my core better than some compound movements. I also spent about 30 minutes stretching before the workout.

- stretching (30min)
- deadlifts (4 sets of 10)
- lat pull down (4 sets of 12)
- seated cable row (4 sets of 12)
