This weeks…
ARM ROUTINE

I only had 2LB weights but I recommend 3-8
Don’t bring weights above shoulder height here!

Rotate palms to face ceiling then floor, tiny movements

Tiny pulses up to the ceiling, palms face up.. raise the roof!

Arms at 90° to straighten long

Arms stay at 90°, weights come in to touch as you go down to hover above your heels

Triceps!
Weights come to touch above your head, arms nice and straight then back to 90° behind your head as you hover above your heels… finish with arms at 90° and tiny pulses towards the floor

**bonus if you see where I corrected myself and brought my elbows in closer toward my face! by @haysculpt

47 sweaty bodies all in it together!!!
When you get a chance to sub for @karilowe Saturday class you take it!

Feeling extra grateful for the @realhotyogawilliamsburg community and proud of everyone for showing up in the summer when it’s just as hot outside!!! by @haysculpt

Glute bridge and core warm up for May!

Can’t wait to move with you guys every week 🤍 by @haysculpt

A lil bit of today’s workout
12-3-30

Outer glute floor workout (Recommend adding a band)
Fire hydrants, series: fire hydrant to kick back then bring it back in
Kick back pulses

Plank series:
Bear pose to high plank, high plank step outs, forearm shift back and forth

I do about 20 seconds each pose and 3 rounds of each

**you’ll notice my wrist were bothering me today so I went on my fist, another option is to use weights if you have** by @haysculpt

Here’s a sneak peak of my standing glute series for the month…and yes I know I need an octobuddy or a tripod… ya girl is just getting started!

Long low lunge —> short low lunge
*option to incorporate light weights*

Hi! I’m Hayden!

I just got my Tone & Sculpt certification from realhotyogawilliamsburgand have been a practicing yogi, Pilates, and sculpt student for many years.

If you’re new to T&S, think CorePower or mat Pilates with a cardio burst. We use props like weights, bands, sliders, and blocks for a full-body burn.

When I’m not in the studio, you can find me at my desk working in PR or trying a new restaurant or bar around NYC + BK.

DM me for private Tone & Sculpt sessions or a group class with your girls!
