LA 🌴

So mid year last year I was fortunate enough to be able to travel to LA with my besties and my goodness was it a trip ☺️ we were able to attend multiple classes with such talented teachers and also @adisonbriana was able to take us to a few places. Ngl the classes were HARD for me double the amount because ild only just come back to dance after having a major break to rest recover & realign my body from surgery. But honestly I would do it allllll again! @ciscochoreography especially ☺️😍 good thing miss boo thang is coming here to teach us all @to_amplifyy_yourself 🙌🏽😇 hes such an incredible dancer & teacher! The pathways the flow , it all just makes so much sense & feels so incredible within the body 😌🍃

Do not @ me for my concentration face and Bambi ass feet I was training but stooopid me left my heelies back at the Airbnb so had to borrow some that were slightly too big 🥲 but I made do cause I was NOT missing this class!

I distinctly remember this class as it was one of my first lyrical w @royalrykah and my goodness was it a dream. As soon as I heard the song I instantly connected to it intertwining both those feelings @sabrinaclaudio is singing about with the movement given at hand, the product of those two is pure deliciousness 🤌🏽
My heart fell in love with lyrical + rykah & her flow of movement 😌🍃🌀
I hope you enjoy this magical moment I’m choosing to share with you since I’ve kept to myself for so long and keep your eyes out for future vids I’ll be dropping from the vault ☺️
