THE YOUNG ONES LOVE THE LAB! 🏀🤞🏼

C/O 2033 @hazel.steely & C/O 2034 @kensingtonjett

— part of a generation filled with so many talented young players who genuinely LOVE being in the gym and getting better.

Working on learning how to attack off the rip, catch it and immediately create an advantage.

Emphasis on the two-foot drop ➡️ snatch ➡️ rip into the attack, then reading that second line of defense once we get downhill.

At this age, we’re building more than moves. We’re teaching them to understand WHY, WHEN, and WHERE the advantage is.

Build the foundation. Teach the reads. Let the creativity grow. 🌱🏀 by @hazel.steely
