performing at @thaliahallchicago this saturday with my friend @littlemiamimusic to honor the spirit and musical legacy of our friend @mosdeffet

ryan and i met in the summer of 2018. we immediately connected musically, politically, and shared a desire to bring different communities together socially. that fall he ended up performing lead guitar on the album version of our song "never miss a beat" and shortly after that introduced me to rory (who joined head and became my room mate) and invited us to play deff fest the following year. we remained close til his tragic and untimely death in 2023. ryan had a ton of potential.. he was fun, funny, and through his actions, consistently displayed genuine care for others. homie had a lot more to do

please join us for what will be a very special event featuring an all star cast of characters from ryan's circles, more info at @deffjam2026 - thanks to all the organizers by @headddd_
