1965 Austin-Healey 3000 MkIII

The 3000 sports convertible Mark III was announced in February 1964 with power increased from 136 bhp to 150 bhp by a new higher lift camshaft. SU HD8 carburettors replaced HS6 units increasing the choke size from 1.75 to 2 inches, or total area 6.3 sq. inches, increasing by 30.6%. Power assisted braking became standard instead of optional. The new car's fascia displayed its speedometer and tachometer directly in front of the driver. Upholstery was now in Ambla vinyl.

The Mark III BJ8 remained in production until the end of 1967 when manufacture of the Austin-Healey 3000 ceased.

In May 1964 the Phase II version of the Mark III was released, which gained ground clearance through a modified rear chassis. In March 1965 the car received separate indicator lights.

1960 Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato

Is a grand tourer sports car designed by Zagato and produced between 1960 and 1963. Introduced in October 1960 at the London Motor Show, it was effectively a DB4 GT, lightened and improved by the Zagato factory in Italy, by Ercole Spada. Initially, the factory planned to produce 25 cars, but demand was not as strong as expected and production was reduced to 19.

Growing popularity of the original DB4 GT Zagato resulted in two subsequent waves of cars based on DB4s being rendered into "Zagatos" through the cooperation of Aston Martin and the Zagato works in Italy. They are known as "Sanction II" and "Sanction III" cars. Also, an unauthorised industry of modifying original DB4 GTs into "Zagato" replicas has arisen.

Although the specification of the engine was changed and upgraded throughout their racing history, the Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato predominantly featured a 3.7 litre aluminium twin spark straight 6 cylinder engine with a 9.7:1 compression ratio, higher than the DB4 GT engine.

2012 Aston Martin Vanquish

The second generation Gaydon built "Vanquish" (the "V12" part of the name was dropped for this generation of cars) started life as the Project AM310 Concept and was unveiled at the 2012 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este held on the shores of Lake Como, Italy. The concept car was based on the latest generation of the VH platform that had debuted in the DB9, and then evolved into the V8 and V12 Vantage, DBS, Virage V12, and Rapide. It was internally known as project VH310. It included a tweaked version of Aston Martin's familiar grille and headlight design and a more pronounced bulge in the bonnet with One-77 inspired flourishes saved for the sides and the rear, the side vents run almost to the door handles (shared with the One-77), new rear light design shared with the One-77, and a 5.9 litre V12 engine that has a power output of 550 hp. Aston Martin later announced that the concept would be put into production as the all new Vanquish.

The Vanquish used an upgraded version of Aston Martin's 5.9 litre V12 engine with a power output of 565 hp at 6,750 rpm and torque of 620 N⋅m at 5,500 rpm. The Vanquish can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, and has a top speed of 295 km/h. Like the DB9 and other VH platform Aston Martin automobiles, the engine is front mounted with the transmission in the rear for better weight distribution. The Vanquish has 51/49 front/rear weight distribution, and a kerb weight of 1,739 kg. It uses a fully catalysed stainless steel exhaust system with active bypass valves. The 2012 – 2014 cars use an updated ZF Touchtronic II six speed automatic gearbox, which was then further replaced by an updated ZF Touchtronic III eight speed automatic gearbox starting with the 2015 model year. It was the first Aston Martin model to be available with launch control. The combined space of cabin and a boot that, at 368 litres, is more than 60% larger than that of the DBS.

2016 Aston Martin Vulcan

Is a two door, two seat, high performance lightweight track only car launched in 2015 by British luxury automobile manufacturer Aston Martin at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.

The Vulcan was designed by Aston Martin's creative officer Marek Reichman, taking inspiration from then current Aston Martin models such as the Vantage, the DB9 and the One-77. Production totaled 24 cars, one for each hour at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, with each priced at US$2.3 million. One was included with the penthouse of Aston Martin Residences tower in Miami.

The engine, a 7.0 litre naturally aspirated V12, mounted in an aluminium alloy chassis with a carbon fibre body, has a power output of 820 hp at 7,750 rpm and 780 N⋅m of torque at 6,500 rpm. The top speed (without the wing) is 335 km/h and 0 - 60 time is 2.9 seconds. The Vulcan is fitted with a magnesium torque tube which has a carbon fibre propeller shaft, a limited slip differential and an Xtrac 6 speed sequential transmission. The car has a dry kerb weight of 1,350 kg. It uses Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, which are fitted on 19 inch APP TECH wheels that feature centerlock design. Stopping power is aided courtesy of carbon ceramic brakes, which measure 380 mm at the front, 360 mm at the rear, and are produced by Brembo.

1934 Alfa Romeo P3

Was a classic Grand Prix car designed by Vittorio Jano, one of the Alfa Romeo 8C models. The P3 is considered to be the world's first genuine single seat Grand Prix racing car and was Alfa Romeo's second monoposto after the Tipo A monoposto (1931). It was based on the earlier successful Alfa Romeo P2. Taking lessons learned from that car, Jano went back to the drawing board to design a car that could last longer race distances.

The P3 was the first genuine single seater racing car, and was powered by a supercharged eight cylinder engine. The car was very light for the period, weighing just over 680 kg despite using a cast iron engine block.

Introduced halfway through the European 1932 Grand Prix season in June, the P3 won its first race at the hands of Tazio Nuvolari and went on to win 6 races in total in that year, driven by both Nuvolari and Rudolf Caracciola. These victories included all three major Grands Prix in Italy, France and Germany.
