✨ My Journey From Shadows to Healing Light ✨

My spiritual awakening began at just 19 years old, back in 2008.

I didn’t know it then, but my life was about to completely transform.

It all started with a strong desire to meet my higher self that led me to shadow work — facing the pain, healing my inner child, and tearing down the heart wall I built to survive years of trauma and abuse. This was the most challenging and scariest experience to date.

Shadow work is the process of forgiving yourself and all of those who hurt you. Takes many years and for some is an ongoing process.

In the midst of that deep work, something miraculous happened…

My gift of healing touch was restored.

It began with my childhood dog — my loyal protector who once saved me during an abusive situation. Years later, he suffered from chronic hip dysplasia, and out of pure love and intention, I placed my hands on him and began channeling healing energy.

Within minutes, I watched him regain mobility as the inflammation reduced. It seemed

his energy was returning and his spirit shined again. As our cat walked in front of us he got up and began to chase Tiger up the same stairs he had to be carried up every night. My entire family couldn't believe it and were speechless.

That was my act of divine intervention.

That was the moment I remembered who I truly am and I never looked back.🕊️

Fast forward 16 years and over 5,000 healings and consultations later — I’ve poured everything I’ve learned about energy, trauma release, spiritual growth and marketing into one place for the world to access.

Because the time is now — for humanity to be restored, balanced, and awakened.

My mission is simple:

To serve you.

To raise your vibration.

To hold sacred space while you heal and reclaim your power.

Show you the keys to freedom you've held your entire life.

With parents who were entrepreneurs, serving door-to-door for over 7 years. Offering so many products over the years and 4+ years in women’s wellness coaching and 20 years in marketing and sales, I’ve heard every excuse.

This is probably one of my most favorite testimonials. Quick backstory.

This beautiful soul found me on Google two days before her surgery. Dr’s said she had a mass the size of a kidney pushing on her uterus. Calcifying her organs she was scheduled for a hysterectomy and surgery to remove the mass the same day. Here is her results after just one full spectrum healing.

She walks into my office and first thing she said is “ I know anything is possible and we are 99% empty space”.

I truly believe that mustard seed of faith and her just showing up. She was healed with source energy and the power of Gods unconditional love.

This was not my first time dissolving a tumor or a cyst and it definitely won’t be my last.

Over the past two months, our OPG community has had the opportunity to experience the incredible benefits of sound bath meditation and recovery sessions led by Sage.

Healing doesn’t happen when it’s convenient.

Don’t you just love unexpected miracles?

I know I do!
Yesterday after attending a powerful group coaching call. We broke out into breakout rooms and I sat with two souls that easily doubled my age and were just talking about life and some health challenges they were both having.

They began to share personal and deep sensitive thoughts about their journey, their struggles and how living with type 2 diabetes affected their everyday life. I just sat there quietly listening not saying a word for over 5 minutes just letting them vent and encourage each other with grace.

I remembered back to that one client who came to see me who had type 2 diabetes and a sugar addiction and trouble following dietary restrictions. I remembered that after one healing they reached out and said their glucose numbers were so low and stabilized they were no longer diabetic.. an unexpected miracle but something I’m not new to hearing. A true blessing I am grateful to be apart of… day after day.

After remembering that victory and sitting with these two service providers. Who actually playfully compared their glucose numbers at the beginning of their convo. They checked their numbers at the end of the conversation and both of them had a decrease in their sugar levels by 10 points astonished how something like that could happen.

I unmuted my mic and introduced myself and confessed I had been sending them both healing restorative energy in these brief 5 minutes. Shocked their jaws dropped and we immediately connected.

After exchanging information we all smiled and laughed at the coincidence… me remembering there are no coincidences being a master healer of the world.

I was reminded that you are exactly where you need to be by divine order when moving with pure intentions and flow. So grateful for such an amazing group. My THRIVE family who taught me how to serve at the highest levels.
