Over the past two months, our OPG community has had the opportunity to experience the incredible benefits of sound bath meditation and recovery sessions led by Sage.

We’ve received amazing feedback from members who have found greater balance, alignment, clarity, and relaxation through these weekly classes. It’s been inspiring to see so many of you embrace this practice as part of your wellness journey.

Every Wednesday at 5:30 PM, we come together to disconnect from the stress of the day, reset, and elevate our energy in a supportive and healing environment.

We’re grateful to have Sage as part of the OPG Wellness experience and excited for what’s ahead.
