You Are Pure Light. ✨💜✨

Last week these words flowed out of my HEART 💗 as easily as it is to tell my family how deeply I LOVE THEM ENDLESSLY...as I wrote these words I realized, perhaps 🤔 those words were for me too, to soothe my soul.... when this world gets too divided, angry, evil, heartless and hopeless! A reminder to me..to keep loving 🥰.

Not for what you do. Not for how you feel today. But for who you are underneath it all.
When the world feels overwhelming, when grief feels too heavy, when depression whispers that you are alone — please remember this: you were never meant to fight darkness with more darkness.
We can't fight back with more hate. We can't fight back with more divide. We can only fight back with love.
We are so much more alike than we are different. We all know what it is to hurt. To miss someone. To feel lost. And inside each of us is a light pure enough to help heal that — in ourselves, and in each other.
If you're struggling today, let this be your reminder: your light hasn't gone out. It's still there, vibrant, pure, loving. And it's needed.
You are pure light. And love is how we find our way home.
If you’ve lost someone to suicide, or you’re walking through depression right now, you don’t have to walk alone. Let’s talk, let’s breathe, let’s heal — together. 🤍

I’ve spent my life helping people heal through movement, advocating for teens in crisis, and raising funds through flowers, merch, and my work with SanDiegoLifeline.org.

I was nominated by a dear friend to try out for Top Host on iHeart because I believe in the joy of music, the power of love and vulnerability, and having the hard conversations for those we’ve lost to suicide.

Please VOTE FOR ME so I can be a voice for hope — and in support of RyanSeacrest and all the children at Children’s Hospital dreaming beyond their windows.
Let’s keep our minds strong, hearts strong, bodies strong. Together.

Prone, powerful, and just a little bit spicy. This Cadillac flow starts in a quadruped with one leg floating in the trapeze and a small ball tucked between hamstring and calf on the bent supporting knee. As I glide forward and back, the whole back line has to lengthen and then fire to pull me home. Then we level up: a prone single leg pike with the heel glued toward the glute. Think deep core control meets serious hamstring and glute strength, with a big dose of shoulder stability on top.
What it is working
• Glutes and hamstrings: drive the forward and back glide and power the pike lift, with extra hamstring activation to keep squeezing the ball
• Deep core, including transverse abdominis: keeps the pelvis stable and lifts the torso into the pike without sagging
• Back extensors and lats: support the prone position and control the shoulder load on the Cadillac
• Shoulders and scapular stabilizers: manage body weight through the hands in quadruped
• Hip flexors and quads of the trapeze leg: lengthen under control, then assist the pike.

My Day off inspiration is from💜 @pilatesbymila .

Her grace and flexibility made me want to play and explore.

I love using tools as well, and if she lived close I would invite her to coffee ☕️. Birds of a Feather. 💜

Swiss Ball Side Line Work, stimulating, vagus nerve. Ball swan & plank, Ball pull~ups, and a few other nuggets as an add on.

“Today’s favorite move of the week on the Cadillac is all about the teaser with the wood bar, spring load, and leg straps. Pushing away in opposition really fires up the core—it takes so much stability just to lift into position! The spring load makes every inch of movement a challenge, and it feels amazing to find that control. Huge thanks to #Dr. Julia Shmurak for this incredible exercise—it’s such a fun way to test our strength and balance!”

Working on the Cadillac’s wood bar with spring resistance challenges both the lower body and core. Sequences like double leg stretch, single leg stretch, frog, and scissors, performed lying flat or pressing out through the legs, engage the glutes, hamstrings, and deep abdominals. Pushing against the springs builds strength and control while enhancing hip mobility and pelvic stability. This type of training improves lower body endurance, tones the legs, and supports a strong, stable core for better posture and functional movement.

Infrared masks use specific light wavelengths to penetrate the skin, stimulating collagen production and improving skin elasticity, which can reduce fine lines and wrinkles. They enhance blood circulation, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to skin cells, leading to a healthier complexion. Additionally, these masks can reduce inflammation, aiding in the healing of acne and other skin conditions, and promote detoxification by encouraging sweating to eliminate toxins.
