Read this if you’re waiting for the “right time.”

Your life can radically change in one year.

Losing the weight changed my body.

The scale tells one story.
The discipline, resilience, confidence, and self-respect I built along the way tell another.

This is what happens when you stop negotiating with your excuses and start betting on yourself.

I’m healing out loud because I nearly died in silence..

I was told the biologics I was being place on were going to be life saving we just had to figure out which one worked for me.. 7 ER visits, 3 times of edging sepsis due to increased infection caused by multiple of the meds, 11 rounds of prednisone, and almost all 100 lbs gained in a year and with the fear that I could become diabetic.. I was defeated.

But I didn’t let it stop me. I went to a naturopathic dr, worked on my hormones and kept fighting. I worked out blood, sweat, and tears in so many silent battles this last year to finally feel like me again.

Today February 10th, 2026.. 17 days away from my 30th birthday I can proudly walk into 30
Knowing I kicked ass and took names to take my health back into my own hands this year. The number on the scale will never matter to me so long as I feel healthy. However I stepped on the scale today and realized I surpassed my goal BEFORE my birthday. I’ve officially lost every single lb I gained being sick.

Now the goal is to stay healthy. Continue to focus on my goals, find a peace and calm so my body doesn’t fail me again. I am not at all scared for 30. I can’t wait to be THIRTY, FLIRTY, AND THRIVING✨

Not me giving everyone in my life another reason to question what the actual hell I’m doing with my life. 😭💀

I KNOWWWW. One minute I’m running a salon, the next I’m in remote high-ticket sales, and now apparently I’m building my own tech company?! MA’AM, PICK A LANE. 😂

But here’s the thing. Every business I’ve started, every skill I’ve learned, every risk I’ve taken, and every chapter I’ve closed has been leading me to THIS.

I promise there’s a method to my ADHD madness. 🤣

And while it might look like I’ve gone a little quiet lately, just because I’m not posting every workout, business move, or behind-the-scenes moment doesn’t mean I’m not putting in WORK.

Some things are better built in silence. 🤫

I’m currently working through the patent process, and I genuinely cannot WAIT until I can finally show y’all what I’ve been creating behind closed doors.

Because this next chapter? It’s not another random idea. It’s everything I’ve learned coming together.

So yes, I know it looks like I woke up one morning and decided to become a tech girly.

But y’all better get ready. Because I’m just getting started. 💻🥂

I’ve been seeing and hearing about this place nonstop, and @healingwithjavi had already been and confirmed it was incredible…So I finally had to see what the hype was about!

The space was beautiful, the drinks were friggin good, and everything we ordered absolutely hit. Safe to say this was a pretty perfect first stop! 🤎

What we got:
𓂃 iced knafeh latte: sweet, creamy coffee with nutty pistachio and crispy pastry-inspired flavors.

𓂃 toasted marshmallow matcha: earthy matcha meets sweet, toasted marshmallow flavor. a cozy little twist on an iced matcha.

𓂃 pesto caprese manakeesh: warm, cheesy flatbread with herby pesto, fresh mozzarella & tomato.

𓂃 pumpkin pecan cheesecake: creamy pumpkin spice meets buttery, nutty pecan.

Maybe I was never unprepared. Maybe my brain just wasn’t designed to operate like everybody else’s. 🧠✨

A few months ago, I sat at Shelby Sapp’s Sales Conference listening to Sarah Perl give a speech that genuinely changed the way I look at myself.

She talked about the girl who spent weeks preparing, rehearsed her speech 20K times, and had every word perfectly planned out.

But instead, there stood Sarah.

The ADHD girl who wrote her speech on the plane, never rehearsed it, and walked onstage knowing even her rough drafts & her mind were worth MILLIONS.

And y’all… I felt that in my SOUL.

Because I’ve always been the girl running late, juggling 47 ideas, starting something new before finishing the last thing, and somehow pulling magic out of my ass at the last second. 😂

To others, that looks like being scattered or unprepared. But they don’t see what happens when I find something I’m passionate about.

When I lock in, I LOCK THE F*CK IN.

For years, I thought my ADHD was something I needed to fix. But what if my biggest weakness was actually my greatest strength?

Sarah’s speech lit a FIRE in me. It inspired me to step completely outside my comfort zone, teach myself how to code, and start building my own app. Because apparently my ADHD brain needed another side quest. 😂💻

Looking back a few months later, I’m emotional seeing how much I’ve grown, not just in business, but in believing in myself.

Thank you, Sarah Perl, for reminding me that our brains don’t have to work like everybody else’s to create something extraordinary. 🖤

To anyone waiting until they’re perfectly prepared to chase that crazy idea…

Sometimes your rough draft is worth more than somebody else’s perfectly rehearsed speech. ✨
