This one is for the women🩷

Heal Her was a holistic women’s health event hosted by Heal Mpls. We spent the day reflecting, discussing womb health & overall wellness.

I really didn’t want to record much as I wanted to participate in the event but I did capture few clips to highlight the wonderful work @healmpls is doing!!

If you haven’t already follow @healmpls for upcoming events & bites!

Purpose is found in presence.

In healing
In growth
In becoming more intentional about the life you’re called to live.

The journey is about continuing to evolve without losing yourself along the way.

Still growing
Still healing
Still becoming
Still Free

Pardon our Construction 🏗️ HEAL is growing. 🌿✨

Over the next two weeks, you may notice special hours and a little work happening around the space because we’re pouring back into our home.

New signage.
🌿 An elevated Community Herbal Medicine section
🫖 HEAL signature herbal blends + Chinese medicine
🛁 DIY magnesium soak station
🍂 Extended Fall 2026 hours + more community programming

We’re making room for HEAL to feel even more like what we’ve always envisioned: Herbs. Eats. All Love. A place to nourish, learn, gather + heal.

Thank you for growing with us, Northside. 🤎

The next chapter of HEAL is under construction… literally. 🚧🌱 by @healmpls
