This week on Mindful Marketing Monday, I had the pleasure of chatting with the wonderful Amy Ramsden, founder of @sereneholisticsandbeauty.

Amy offers massage, beauty and holistic treatments from her cosy treatment room in Shrewsbury, creating personalised experiences tailored to each individual’s needs. By combining different products and techniques, Amy helps her clients find treatments that feel right for them.

I loved hearing more about Amy’s journey into holistic wellbeing, her personal experience that inspired her to create Serene Holistics and her passion for helping others feel good through the treatments she offers.

Honestly, it’s an absolute pleasure to announce a beautiful collaboration with a Mum & Daughter ran Business here in Shropshire! @the.rose.ritual🌹

Lana and Scarlett are passionate about supporting you with your mental wellness through beautiful flowers.

We have lots of ideas to support your mental wellness in 2027, so please follow along! 👀

@the.rose.ritual are kindly supporting our Yoga & Reflexology for Calm workshop this Sunday, each special guest will receive a beautiful rose with an intention attached.

There are still a few spaces left if you want to come along!

We’ll enjoy a 60 minute yoga practice together where we’ll move at a pace that feels good for you and lots of opportunity to rest, followed by a yummy shared home-made lunch on our yoga mat followed by a fab workshop by @tippy_toes_reflexology teaching us some reflexology points on our hands and feet to support us in finding calm.

It’s going to be a lovely few cosy hours to spend on you this Sunday.
