The photos that never made it to the grid have finally made it 🥳

My last photo dump was April time so I thought I better catch you up!

I’ve definitely had my focus on growing the business and prioritising my relationships this year.

I’ve been saying “yes” a lot to aligned opportunities and figuring it all out later all whilst putting boundaries in place to protect my peace.

I’m seeing the benefits of that now, it’s not an over night thing, jeez it’s been uncomfortable.

Remember these are highlights as much as I try to keep it real, I don’t have all my shit together. You should see my office, I’m such a Type A personality but currently living in Type B madness but, I’ve just surrendered to the busyness knowing that it always gets sorted eventually.

The end of this month I’m on Retreat and it really feels like a celebration with all my favourite things, kind people, good food (bonus points because it’s cooked for me too), YOGA and rest!

There’s just 8 days left to join us on Retreat and a bed waiting for you with @_thelilym goodies.

If you are ready to slow down & choose rest this Autumn with me & 11 other women drop me a message, you would be so welcome!

With kindness,
Charlotte xx

It’s really important to me that with this work I give back 🙏

Gail from @ameridianlife handed over a beautiful group of ladies 6 weeks ago today for me to look after, and honestly they light up my Tuesday!

It’s almost like Lana knew I was looking for ways to give back and we jumped on a zoom call to chat about how we could collaborate and support one another 🫶🏻

@the.rose.ritual will be helping me to give back to you!

There really is nothing better than receiving a beautiful bouquet of flowers unexpectedly!

Today Sheila was our Student of the Block, she is an absolute joy and has the best sense of humour she is now the owner of this incredibly beautiful bouquet of roses 💐

We all stayed behind after practice today for a cuppa and a chat which was just so lovely! Big thank you to Trinity Church for letting us use their kitchen.

I am so so grateful that I’m able to help this group every week with rest and movement, it’s so special to see everyone just relax, shoulders drop and the breath leading the way 😌

I currently teach Chair Yoga in Newport Shropshire at Trinity Church on Tuesday mornings 9:45-10:30am and we’re just about to start another 8-week block, you can drop in as and when you can or come and join us for all 8 practices you would be so welcome.

Tuesday 27 October ~ Tuesday 15 December
£8 per session
£56 for a block of 8

With so much kindness,
Charlotte xx

Three years ago I sat in the office I’d worked in for over a decade and my body screamed at me so loud.

It was telling me that I was here to do more than this.

My office this weekend was a yoga mat and beautiful people staring back at me that I was able to provide some calm to and in my own way impact the world in a better way.

Calmer people in my opinion will make kinder decisions for themselves and others around them. Their kindness trickles into others and they pass it on to those they meet.

In a world where you feel hopeless of all the destruction you cannot control, this work makes you feel like you’re able to make a positive impact even if it’s tiny.

Please know that one choice can honestly change your life.

I am so proud I trusted myself and so grateful that it’s led me to this magic.

Today a new chapter begins 🫶🏻

With gratitude,
Charlotte xx

Heather, thank you for saying yes to collaborating. I loved every second with you and our guests today.

Our roses on our yoga mats were such a beautiful touch, thank you so much Lana @the.rose.ritual 🌹

Our guests were the loveliest people, and all went home feeling calmer, smashed the brief Heather!

Jane said “Such a beautiful way to spend a Sunday morning; relaxed, chilled atmosphere with lovely people, great food, yoga was fab and I learned a lot about reflexology too”

Thank you so much Jane for your kind words it was so wonderful to hold space for you today 🥹🥰

16 Days until @dwtylife Slow Weekend Yoga Retreat in Abergavenny, Wales!!

Busy seems to be the vibe right now for everyone I speak to, what if for a long weekend busy melts away and you can finally rest.

What if your new vibe was present, alive, rested, content, cosy or joy-full 🥰

There is a place by the fire, a puzzle that needs some attention and a yoga mat with your name on it.

Girl, let’s switch up busy for something else because I don’t know about you but I’m fed up of being busy and I’m ready for a break from the everyday

Can you afford to not retreat this autumn? 🍂

Your all-inclusive boutique experience is just £625 which you can split into 3 or 6 payments
