Red, in Ayurveda, is the color of Agni- inner fire, circulation, and transformation. As we move from Kapha’s heaviness into Pitta’s intensity, red invites vitality, but asks for balance. A moment to move with awareness, and let the fire serve, not consume♥️ by @heartsofyoga

This tea did wonders for my gut 🌿
Since i was little i’ve been struggling with bloating and constipation. Doctors never found the cause and always send me home with painkillers or chemicals.

But, doctor Ayurveda gave me a solution!
This tea is so simple to make, just three equal parts of cumin, corriander and fennel. I always make sure i have a nice batch ready for “emergenies”.

Let me know if it works for you too!

Feeling a bit heavy, tired, or unmotivated lately? You’re not alone and there’s a seasonal reason for it 🌷

In Ayurveda, spring is ruled by Kapha dosha - the energy of earth and water. It’s grounding, stabilizing… but also heavy, slow, and sticky.
As spring lingers, we can start to feel weighed down physically, mentally, emotionally.

But here’s the good news: we’re now shifting into early summer, when Pitta dosha (fire + water) begins to rise. This is a powerful moment to get moving, shake off stagnation, and awaken your inner fire!

Move your body. Breathe deeper. Sweat a little.
Movement is medicine and sometimes the most loving thing you can do for yourself is to stir your energy.

This reel is your reminder: don’t wait to feel better… move to feel better 🤸‍♀️💕

You don’t need to “be” one thing.
You are all of them, shifting and changing, just like nature itself 🌙🌗✨ by @heartsofyoga

This space has been quiet for a while — and anonymous too. Time to change that.
Hi, I’m Sharon! 🌺

My journey towards balance has been unfolding for a few years now… Although I graduated as a yoga teacher last year, my connection with Ayurveda started even earlier. About two years ago, I began studying this ancient wisdom — and it quickly grew into a deep passion.

Today, I feel inspired to create a space where I can share this journey with you — not from a place of ‘knowing it all,’ but from a place of curiosity, learning, and growth.

Health and well-being, I believe, are not destinations but ongoing processes of reconnecting with who we truly are.

I’m excited to walk this path together with you. 🌿 by @heartsofyoga

“Keep dancing to your inward music.

Keep showing your inward thoughts to this outer world.

Keep thinking of your inward space as the essential part of your life.

Turning inward will give you responses you couldn’t even imagine they would exist.”

Thank your walls - 💟🎷

Using a wall can make poses easier, but it can also turn up the volume, making them more challenging, fun and creative! Additionally practicing at a wall can assuage our fear in certain asanas, such as backbending and balancing poses—knowing something is there to “catch” you can be comforting.

Do you use a wall sometimes?✨ by @heartsofyoga
