Please meet our wonderful June retreat team! 🍒🌸

This Thursday we’ll be gathering for our annual women’s retreat at @pengelly_retreat here in beautiful Cornwall. ✨

While I hold the retreat, it truly takes a village of caring, talented and dedicated women to create such a special experience, and I couldn’t do it without them. 💛

Please take a moment to read about each of their offerings, give them a ❤️ and a follow, and help me celebrate the gifts they bring. 💝

A heartfelt thank you to:
@heartsounds.withella
@sunshinecafeandyoga
@halcyontherapiescornwall
@katelevyphoto
@jayne.deepdancer.devlin
@cs_growing_towards_the_light
@sarah_jane_wildflower

June’s retreat is now fully booked, for which I am deeply grateful. 🙏

If you’d like to join us in September (10-13), I still have a few places available. Simply follow the link in my bio to reserve your spot, and receive all the rest, care and transformation you need. ☀️👭🌊

You are also warmly welcome to join my mailing list for retreat invitations, inspiration from my travels, and reflections from life as a healer, mother and lifelong student of the school of life. ✨

With love,

I am so excited for @heartsounds.withella to be joining us for a really special sound bath in the theatre of the Tolmen Centre.

Ella is a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner, working with gentle sound frequencies to guide you into deep rest and relaxation. Resetting your nervous system and dropping into deep cellular levels of healing.

Join Ella for a Seated Soundbath - starting with a guided yoga nidra to drop your body into stillness and awareness. Then letting the sound frequencies guide you into a meditative state, whilst you sit in silence, drift off or find a contemplative state. We recommend getting comfy, closing your eyes and letting the sound waves wash through your body. This can also be a quiet time for meditation or even journaling in a peaceful state.

ELLA SUNSHINE YOGA CAFE

Meet Ella, the heart and soul behind Sunshine Yoga Café 🌞✨ As a facilitator, Ella brings a unique and soulful approach to her work. After practicing yoga for over 10 years, she felt a deep call to deepen her practice and share it with others, eventually training as a yoga teacher. Her love for exploring different styles of yoga led her to seek out sound healing training, where she was drawn specifically to the Alchemy Crystal Bowls. Ella says, “I think I must have had a past life as a sound healer!”

Guiding people into deep healing through sound is a passion of hers, and she truly believes in the power of slowing down in today’s fast-paced world. “I love guiding people to relax and soothe their nervous system. There’s so much magic in slowing down,” she shares.

Ella’s morning yoga practice is an essential part of her wellness routine, grounding her for the day ahead. Journaling is also a key tool she uses for mental health and self-development.

She’s a true wellness enthusiast and could list off countless practices she loves, but her indulgences? A gazillionaire slice from Sunshine (seriously, you have to try it!) and a bit of spa or treatment time to relax and unwind. 🛁💆

As a facilitator, Ella combines her knowledge, intuition, and passion for wellness to create a space where people can come together, heal, and connect. Whether that’s through yoga, sound healing, or simply enjoying the community at Sunshine. 🌿

A little bit of sound for your weekend 🤍 (ft. the creaky roof)

Feeling proud to have created such a beautiful space at @sunshinecafeandyoga and to have co-created this gorgeous altar with @aylininwonderland_ last weekend in our New Moon Women’s Circle ✨ such a delicious evening.

I am mentally planning a Soundbath for all you lovely folks to enjoy before Christmas. It’s a busy time of year, but I want to carve out a space to hold this, as I love sharing sound with you all ✨
