This past weekend I had the profound honor and joy of leading this group of incredible people on a weekend of renewal. It was my first time planning and leading a retreat and I couldn’t have picked a better location. We spent four gorgeous days at @indianhotsprings soaking in their healing waters and creating loving energy in our sunroom yoga flows.

Everyone came for something a little different, and everyone is bringing home exactly what they need. I designed and taught each meditation and flow with this in mind, bringing in themes of rejuvenation, rebirth, and healing in order to strengthen. It was widely recognized without needing to be said that we are preparing our inner light for the darkness ahead.

My yoga students-turned friends, who have supported @rvayogahang in Richmond, even when I left, trusted me to guide them on a journey far from home, and my Denver locals believed in me that I could provide them with a new experience in their home state. This support means more to me than I could ever express with words.

But I couldn’t have done it alone. My cherished and talented friend @heather.marie.delaney was there to answer every question, help me with every decision, with decor and vibes and a calmness of presence that I would have been lost without. @red_rocks_bus provided safe and comfortable transpo, taking us to golden and red rocks before landing at the hot springs. @theyinspace_ led us in a beautiful and delicate yin series and local Idaho Springs sound healer Cosmic Listening bathed us in her poignant and vibrant soundscape. I would be remiss not to give thanks to my yoga teacher and my dear friend, @alibooooo_ who has inspired me to no end on my own yoga journey.

Endless thanks to @justinchristopherpicard for his amazing leadership at the hot springs and the gracious and generous hospitality we received from his incredible staff. I cannot recommend a stay at Indian hot springs highly enough.

My words are gushing, my heart is overflowing, my mind is racing with what could come next, but I feel calm and full and strong because of the time spent with this loving crew and their energy. Thank you thank you thank you
