Moon legging around Denver🛸

This past weekend I had the profound honor and joy of leading this group of incredible people on a weekend of renewal. It was my first time planning and leading a retreat and I couldn’t have picked a better location. We spent four gorgeous days at @indianhotsprings soaking in their healing waters and creating loving energy in our sunroom yoga flows.

Everyone came for something a little different, and everyone is bringing home exactly what they need. I designed and taught each meditation and flow with this in mind, bringing in themes of rejuvenation, rebirth, and healing in order to strengthen. It was widely recognized without needing to be said that we are preparing our inner light for the darkness ahead.

My yoga students-turned friends, who have supported @rvayogahang in Richmond, even when I left, trusted me to guide them on a journey far from home, and my Denver locals believed in me that I could provide them with a new experience in their home state. This support means more to me than I could ever express with words.

But I couldn’t have done it alone. My cherished and talented friend @heather.marie.delaney was there to answer every question, help me with every decision, with decor and vibes and a calmness of presence that I would have been lost without. @red_rocks_bus provided safe and comfortable transpo, taking us to golden and red rocks before landing at the hot springs. @theyinspace_ led us in a beautiful and delicate yin series and local Idaho Springs sound healer Cosmic Listening bathed us in her poignant and vibrant soundscape. I would be remiss not to give thanks to my yoga teacher and my dear friend, @alibooooo_ who has inspired me to no end on my own yoga journey.

Endless thanks to @justinchristopherpicard for his amazing leadership at the hot springs and the gracious and generous hospitality we received from his incredible staff. I cannot recommend a stay at Indian hot springs highly enough.

My words are gushing, my heart is overflowing, my mind is racing with what could come next, but I feel calm and full and strong because of the time spent with this loving crew and their energy. Thank you thank you thank you

Day one of our yoga retreat this weekend at @indianhotsprings was all above RENEWAL and rejuvenation. We’re making a lot of powerful energy here with the help of the geothermal waters and we all plan to spread this love far and wide. Nothing more powerful right now than community.

Reflecting on the magic that unfolded for SnowFlow @beyulretreat last week. The connection in this community has made my heart smile wide. Went out on a limb and did a retreat here close to home in the winter. I plan to have this be an annual winter retreat from here on.

Thank you to Beyul for the beautiful space and sacred land.

Big thank you to @rootedinnutrition_co for the nourishing, thoughtful and delicious food.

Thank you @yoga.savage for the depth of breathwork and connection for the group.

Thank you @sheengrubs & Craig for the fun and meaningful fireside jam.

And most of all thank you to everyone who participated and brought your essence and open minds to really make it all come alive!

Feeling humbled and grateful that this is part of my work and what I get to share with the world.

Happy birthday to my man @chone1212 💜 Thanks for living this life with me, I fucking love you😘

Couple days late on the post, but we closed out a great weekend with my love's favorite - hockey 🏒 ! His team may have lost but we sure felt like winners surrounded by all our friends. Next week we head to Florida for some time with friends, family, and the best damn band in the land. It's been a longggg 9 months without a Panic show but holy shit I'm glad to be back. Ain't life grand baby 💜

Thanks for the 📸 @blaserluke

We're approaching the big day this week 🍉

Join us this Friday 6/28 at @lefthandrino in Denver to celebrate the life our best bud, Morgan Gallagher.

In typical Mo fashion, there will be music, art, family, friends & laughter. Who knows, maybe someone will even learn to break the sound barrier just by whistling, like he once did..🦻🏼🙄

Come sing his praises. The Man. The Myth. The Legend. Let's show him how much we're all still thinking about him.

You can find a link for 🎟️ in my bio & in my story. Grab em before they're gone. Much love, team.
