#thankyou @iamtrans_artist_seth for giving me my first lead role in a feature, and to the incredible cast and crew who gave me the most supportive environment I could have asked for, for me to bring Rose to life. This award belongs to all of us ♥️

Finally happy with this 4x6. Everyone cross your fingers/pray/send good vibes that it will arrive in time for Christmas haha

Thoughts on leaving out the ladder?

This #market was great, right on Queen, we grabbed some thrifted shirts, pants, puzzles and more.

They even had a #cafe inside!

@ormasugo painted these and donated the proceeds to her friend in Gaza.

Need shoes? Grab some melons. Help out in Gaza.

We had an amazing experience @dinorun.to 2026! Thank you to @joyful.running_coach.lily @heather_dancey @marinsmagiccheer and all the dinosaur volunteers for creating such a unique event for kids and families to enjoy! I love that there was a short loop for younger children and 1-3km chip-timed option for older children to challenge themselves.

@dinorun.to is a great event that gets kids and families having fun being active together.

There was so much to do before and after the run including:

🦖Storytime with @marinsmagiccheer
🦖Warm-ups with Dr. T-Rex the palentologist
🦖Free snacks
🦖Personalize your run bib
🦖Colouring
🦖Photos with Farm Boy Cow Mascot Lulu
🦖Create a cheer sign
🦖Dance Party
🦖Read dinosaur books
🦖Sing along
🦖Get a signed copy of @marinsmagiccheer
🦖Check out dinorun hats and shirts
🦖Medal Ceremony
🦖Cheer on other runners

I had a blast too that I might just volunteer to dress up and join the dinosaur crew next time.

We can’t wait for our 3rd Dino Run next year! 🦕🏃‍♀️🙌 by @heather_dancey

Sitting @birdbitecoffee for the cutest little coffee and scrumptious croissant (seriously, that brie?!) working on scripts.

A little birdy told me that one of @dinorun.to's t-shirt designers, the talented artist @pailin.miro, is going to collab with Birdbite! Stay tuned on Dundas to check out Pailin's work, appearing soon on the windows of this locally owned cafe ♥️

The Swansea Community Concert Band is back!

First fall rehearsal is Thursday, September 17 in the music room of Western Technical-Commercial School, located at 123 Evelyn Cres, Toronto. We go from 7:15-9:15pm. We are lucky to have @musicseanking returning as our Music Director once again 🥳

We are happy to have new members come and join us as we play through some 20th century jazz, pop, rock, a bit of movie music and some classical for the retirees in our community.

Email us at info.swanseaband@gmail.com or call 416-704-1012 so we can put out a chair for you.

P.S. We are low on trumpets 😅 Please share this with the brass players in your life 🎺🪊 by @heather_dancey
