We had an amazing experience @dinorun.to 2026! Thank you to @joyful.running_coach.lily @heather_dancey @marinsmagiccheer and all the dinosaur volunteers for creating such a unique event for kids and families to enjoy! I love that there was a short loop for younger children and 1-3km chip-timed option for older children to challenge themselves.

@dinorun.to is a great event that gets kids and families having fun being active together.

There was so much to do before and after the run including:

🦖Storytime with @marinsmagiccheer
🦖Warm-ups with Dr. T-Rex the palentologist
🦖Free snacks
🦖Personalize your run bib
🦖Colouring
🦖Photos with Farm Boy Cow Mascot Lulu
🦖Create a cheer sign
🦖Dance Party
🦖Read dinosaur books
🦖Sing along
🦖Get a signed copy of @marinsmagiccheer
🦖Check out dinorun hats and shirts
🦖Medal Ceremony
🦖Cheer on other runners

I had a blast too that I might just volunteer to dress up and join the dinosaur crew next time.

We can’t wait for our 3rd Dino Run next year! 🦕🏃‍♀️🙌

Had an absolute blast previewing some new solo sketch material at the @tosketchfest Comedy Cabaret this weekend!

Huge thanks for having me, everyone who came out, and the incredible acts I got to share the stage with ❤️

First time putting all this material together. Unfortunately, it went well enough that I will now be encouraged to make more.

NAME : HEATHER DANCEY

Heather acts in and produces projects for the screen and stage. She was the lead in the indie horror feature FCVK, and is a regular player with her sketch comedy troupe at Second City.

Heather has studied with Brad Milne, Jason Weinburg, and John Stevens in Toronto.

She enjoys playing caring mom roles, creating believable villains, and playing with gender expectations as she did as Tom in For Whom the Southern Belle Tolls.

When she's not acting, Heather can be found running 10K races, playing trumpet with her concert band, and whistling or singing show tunes on her way to her Spanish language club.
