It’s official. This week Shawn swore into the National Guard. He got a 77 on his asvab test which let him pick basically any job he wanted. He picked Combat Engineering. He will head to basic December 28th at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri. After basic he will attend Bellarmine University in Kentucky where he will wrestle for their D1 team and major in Organizational Business. I cannot be more proud. It wasn’t the original plan but it’s his plan! ❤️ taken in Round Rock, Texas by @heather_rewritten

Santana 2.0 with Pops 🤘🎸 August was busy..gotta catch up and post stuff. This time we got to see The Doobie Brothers AND special guest Jimmie Vaughan. So freaking cool watching two absolute legends battle it out on stage.

But Cindy? She steals the show every damn time if you ask me. 🔥 Her energy is completely unmatched.

Good music, legends on stage, and another one with Pops. ❤️🎶 taken in Moody Amphitheater by @heather_rewritten

From cheering him on to stepping on the mat with him. These are the moments I’ll never forget. ❤️One day these matches will be memories. Until then, I’ll soak up every scramble, every laugh, and every second I get to share on the mat with my son. ❤️🤼 #WrestlingMom #bjjgirls #FamilyFirst #womeninbjj #bjj taken in Gracie Humaita Cedar Park by @heather_rewritten

Side plank flow with a serious burn: From twisted lunge → strong side plank with leg lift → controlled chaturanga. This sequence is all about core strength, balance, shoulder stability, and that deep side-body opening.
Sweat dripping, focus locked, and still smiling through it, this is what power + grace looks like. #YogaFlow #SidePlank #Vinyasa #YogaStrength #CoreWorkout YogaEveryDamnDay taken in Black Swan Yoga Austin by @heather_rewritten

Whelp, I got a stripe. Super thankful for the kind words from @pmillerbjj . It’s such a surreal feeling, I haven’t been training long, but I’ve been mat side for 15 years. Jiu Jitsu has always been there, I just needed to jump in. Glad I did. @jason_hemenway_ you’ve been a huge motivating factor for this journey and have always been super encouraging. Thank ya! @dan.cstone your so patient with me, thank you! @coachjimmyrooney your words of wisdom ring loud in my home. Thank you! @maka_vickers you provide a space where I can learn without fighting for my life, thank you! And thank you @shawn_harden10 & @lillylanai for letting me drill new things on you and helping me be less noob. Best kids ever. Now to keep showing up. taken in Gracie Humaita Cedar Park by @heather_rewritten

My favorite flow so far! Thank you Ms. Hailey for making this flow up in your car and adding the best playlist to it! 12 One Mountain leg poses, 8 chair poses, 2 half pigeon poses, and a bunch of curtsy legs and lots of shiva squats!! #yoga #blackswanyoga #love #hotyoga taken in Black Swan Yoga Austin by @heather_rewritten

❤️11/01/2025-5/30/2026 2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ yoga classes❤️ Grabbed a motivational partner in November and we set forth with the common goal for a Hot Bod Summer 2026. Throughout that journey I gained a drive I never had, a respect for self care, discipline, passion, confidence in myself and a friend I didn’t know I was missing. I wouldn’t change anything about it. I dunno if I’m Hot BOD Summer ready but I am very happy with my progress and the goals I’ve knocked out. I’m a solid yoga practitioner, I’m able to keep up at the gym, I started my jiu jitsu journey and I’ve grown into a person my kids can definitely look up to outside of my mother role. One day at a time, protecting my serenity. ❤️ yoga is and has been the major catalyst in on this path. Thankful for everyone involved, all my instructors and my new friends❤️ taken in Black Swan Yoga Austin by @heather_rewritten
