@ifbb_npc_tripleodynasty 2 thirds. 2 fourths.
Close enough to see exactly where I need to improve, and truly grateful for the experience. Not to mention, this regional show was absolutely top notch. All shows should take note! So much fun!

Back in January, I made the decision to pivot into Fit Model while navigating a major career shift. It wasn’t the easiest season, but it was one I’m really proud of.

I’ve competed with my husband, @henningslucas , before, but this one felt different.
The prep, the pressure, the day-to-day… and the constant support behind the scenes. The meals, the patience, the steady encouragement. It means more than I can put into words.

This sport is highly competitive, but in reflection, what stands out most is the team.

The camaraderie. The shared standard. The people who show up for you, both near and far.
So grateful for my friends who supported and cheered me on every step of the way.

And grateful for every single person who was part of this:

I completed my first bikini competition this past weekend, and I finally have time to reflect and give credit where it’s due. 🌟 This journey has been extraordinary, made even more special by sharing it with my incredible husband, @henningslucas ❤️. He made my food prep life so much easier and supported me in every way possible while prepping for competition himself.

I owe immense gratitude to my support system—my family, coaches, friends, and team. You have been my foundation. 🙏 @ifbbpro.laurenbarton, you believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. You care about your people and it shows. Never underestimate your value. I never envisioned achieving something of this magnitude, especially given the challenges I face with food and alcohol. This year, I’ve consumed less alcohol than any year in recent memory, and I’m enthusiastic about continuing on this path. Though it was often difficult and temptation was ever-present, I persevered and got back on track whenever I stumbled. 💪🏽

Setting goals and maintaining discipline, even during challenging times, has been profoundly meaningful. The new relationships I’ve cultivated along the way are invaluable. 🥰 Backstage was amazing and so supportive. Yes, everyone wants to win. The competitor who won 🥇 in my class cheered for me as my name got called for 5th. The community is strong!

I’m thrilled with the judges’ feedback and eager to enhance my glutes for an even stronger presentation next year. It’s me against me! Here’s to personal growth and new adventures! 🍑✨

Celebrating Cierra’s 13th with a girls’ weekend was everything I hoped it would be. Shopping, relaxing, warm sunshine on our faces, and so many sweet memories with our girls. So thankful Heather was by my side for the weekend, and so incredibly grateful Megan made a 6½-hour drive just to celebrate with us. Our hearts are so full. 🤍☀️🌊 taken in WaterColor Inn & Resort by @heatherhennings

Las Vegas ✨ | The Medical Spa Show (AMSPA) 2026

This past weekend was one for the books 🤍

So grateful to be here with my business partner @heatherhennings, surrounded by some of the most talented and inspiring minds in the industry. Getting to connect in person with injectors and mentors I’ve looked up to for years was such a full-circle moment.

We spent the weekend diving deep, refining technique, elevating our approach to patient safety, and expanding our knowledge on compliance, operations, and how to continue building something truly exceptional at faceIQ. Because great results don’t just come from skill… they come from intention, education, and doing things the right way.

Every conference reminds me why I love what I do. This industry is always evolving, and staying at the forefront is non-negotiable if you want to deliver the best for your patients.

We’re coming back inspired, recharged, and ready to implement everything we’ve learned ✨

Vegas was fun… but growth was the real win 💉📚
