Celebrating Cierra’s 13th with a girls’ weekend was everything I hoped it would be. Shopping, relaxing, warm sunshine on our faces, and so many sweet memories with our girls. So thankful Heather was by my side for the weekend, and so incredibly grateful Megan made a 6½-hour drive just to celebrate with us. Our hearts are so full. 🤍☀️🌊

Today on the show, I sat down with Lucas Hennings of Face IQ Medspa to discuss how his team is helping clients throughout Monument and the Tri-Lakes region look and feel their absolute best through advanced aesthetic and wellness-focused treatments.

Conveniently located inside the Tri-Lakes Health Pavilion alongside the Tri-Lakes YMCA in Monument, Colorado, Face IQ Medspa offers a unique approach to self-care by combining cutting-edge aesthetic services with a wellness-centered environment. From injectables, fillers, and skin rejuvenation treatments to laser services, microneedling, skin tightening, and customized beauty solutions, Face IQ focuses on enhancing natural beauty while building confidence from the inside out.

One of the things that makes Face IQ stand out is its location within the YMCA community, giving clients access to a health-focused atmosphere and the added convenience of complimentary childcare through the Tri-Lakes YMCA Learn & Play program during appointments. It’s a perfect example of making self-care accessible for busy parents and professionals alike.

Lucas shared his passion for helping people achieve natural-looking results, his vision for the future of aesthetic medicine, and how Face IQ is becoming a trusted destination for beauty, confidence, and wellness in Monument.

Watch the full interview and learn why Face IQ Medspa is making such an impact in the Tri-Lakes community.

Nothing like melting your face away to really get you moving 🤣

The recovery was way less than I was expecting! The peeling on day 3 and 4 was not cute at all but the results were so worth it!

Ask my all your laser questions happy to share my experience!

I would only ever trust @faceiqmedspa to laser my face off 🌟

The glow up s not from drinking extra water 🤣

I was so intimidated to have the CO2 laser done simply due to recover time so let me share the process with you and what day by day recovery looked like!

This video was taken exactly one month after and I can’t tell you how happy with the results I was! Thank you @faceiqmedspa for such an amazing experience! You’re the best!
