I'm sharing this knowing that some men folk will come on here doing exactly what I predict they'll do, but as a woman, a wife, a mom (yea I have a good man so let's skip the part about me being a cat-dependent spinster) I am so so sick of living in a world where our very existence is dependent on men's approval and that we have to accept shit behavior bc that's just the way it is. And if we DARE say anything or live our lives, we are just wh0res. If you aren't this man, this doesn't apply to you, but if you CONSTANTLY feel like you need to defend jokes, beliefs, influencers, perpetrators rather than question why this may be wrong or why perhaps you harbor these beliefs, nevermind PROTECTING women, than sit with that. I am soooo obsessed and enthralled by women who are totally weird by society's standards, who don't bend to the will of outside patriarchal forces, who frolick, wear dizzying patterns and colors, have seemingly unrelated hobbies and goals, and who say the word whimsy at least once a day. Who help others and listen to educate themselves. Women who love fully and open their hearts and minds to new experiences. POV: you're an ADHD woman who sat down to do ONE thing but did 50 OTHER things instead 🫠

I tried. I really did but then came a text. Then an email. Then suddenly I'm three rabbit holes deep, brewing more coffee even though caffeine actually works on me and I KNOW I am not sleeping tonight. Oh well, I have a spicy book I'm addicted to ☕😅

Then a meeting eats my whole afternoon, the original task never got touched, and it's 6pm and I feel like I didn't do a single fucking productive thing today. Because I HAD JUST ONE TASK DAMNIT

This week I put "get lab work done" on my calendar. With reminders. That I just... dismiss. Every. Single. Time. Y'all I've been meaning to do this since August 6th!!!!

Plot twist though: I love this brain. I'm creative as hell, I see the big picture while everyone else is squinting at pixels, and I make a goddamn amazing analogy. Truly I do. If I could get an award for analogies, I would 😍
