Heat first. Then the cold. Always the biggest shift but the part everybody talks about afterwards. 🌀

@athenadb x @flowlife, volume two. Thank you to everyone who showed up.

Peace is not something that arrives. You build it.
None of this is complicated. That is the point. The hard part is sticking to it.

We’ve left our first home at NDSM. It gave us everything we needed to start and you made it more than we imagined. Thank you 🫶🏼
New space coming soon. Same heat. Same us.

Saunagus, in detail. Something that is better experienced than explained. Come try it for yourself. A little piece of Copenhagen sauna culture in Amsterdam.

This Sunday put your phones away and join us in the sauna! 🧖🏻‍♀️

Together with @sportiva.community and @heatlab.nl, we’re inviting you for an afternoon designed to help you reconnect with yourself and meet like-minded women in Amsterdam.

🏃🏻‍♀️ 6K social run led by Sportiva
🔥 Guided sauna ritual by Heat Lab
🧉 Energy bites by Annos + drinks from @join.mati
🎟️ Raffle with complimentary sauna sessions & a Nalgene bottle

And because community extends beyond ourselves, 50% of all proceeds will be donated to @balistreetmums_project, an organisation supporting mothers and children through shelter, food, healthcare and education. I had the opportunity to volunteer with them while living in Bali, and I’m incredibly happy we can support their work through this event.

📍 Heat Lab Amsterdam
🗓 Sunday, 7 June
⏰ 13:00–15:30
🎟 €15 | Last spots available

See you in the sauna. 🧖🏻‍♀️
