Today marks 365 consecutive days of 10,000+ steps.

More than 4.6 million steps. 🤯

Work trips. Vacations. Early mornings. A few late nights (which means after 8:30pm 😆 ). Walking-pad meetings. Rain. Heat. Lots of airport laps and pacing hotel hallways after dark. And my favorite - Neighborhood walks with Willow. 🐶

Over the last year, I learned that consistency beats intensity every time. The biggest changes didn’t come from doing something extraordinary, they came from doing something ordinary every single day.

No complaints. Literally 🔥. This pleases me. People truly enjoy themselves at our mountain cabins. Budgets are tight. Guests make decisions with expectations and goals for their mountain adventure, or their relaxation getaway. Whatever their goal, I just want the piece that I offer to help it all come together. taken in Camp Connell, California by @heelsontherun

Spent the weekend soaking up sunshine and time with our girl in Long Beach 💛

Watching her in this season of life is just the best - balancing college, work (multiple jobs), along with her role as VP of her sorority like a total pro. She’s building a life that’s so full, so vibrant, and so her.

The best reason to look forward to the end of hunting season each year: celebrating love, and marriage with Shiloh ❤️ // This trip to 🏖️ marked 7 years of marriage and 14 years since she first entered my universe… I absolutely love who we are together, and who she is as a woman, partner, wife, mom, and friend.
