We went to the Josiah Queen concert Sunday night in Indy and it was an absolute dream come true for our boys, especially Jared! There’s nothing like watching your kids worshipping the Lord, either! Made me tear up multiple times 🥰🥰 thank you @josiahqueenmusic by @heidgrask

Today was a hard day, but man I’m so grateful for all the amazing people in my life. Shoutout to my Freed children/siblings who really went the extra mile today to make me smile 🥰 Kenzie dried some of the flowers from dad’s funeral and made me these adorable signs! ❤️ and Jackson & Mason got me my favorite treats and took me on a gator ride with lots of laughs. Love them bunches! by @heidgrask

Perfect way to end the day - a bubble bath with ZYIA Soothe and my ZYIA Restore Protein (helps my body recover from my run today and get a goods nights sleep) 🥰 plus a book! @zyiaactive by @heidgrask
