ELEVATE •• our theme for Summit this past weekend.

To me, “elevate” is about expanding on who you ALREADY are.

Elevate your confidence, your dreams, the way you believe in yourself, and the way you speak to yourself.

But most importantly… 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

Because when you choose to lift someone else higher, you don’t lose your light. The light shines on you BOTH.

Coming from the most genuine place in my heart, these women are some of the most soul-satisfying people I could have ever asked for. They celebrate the wins, hold space for the hard days, speak courage when you need it, and remind you of who you are when you forget.

They are sisters I never knew I needed, the friendships I never knew I was missing, and the kind of people who make you leave a weekend feeling a little more yourself than when you arrived.

And somehow… I found all of this because I said YES to ZYIA. I said yes to a pair of leggings. Then I said yes to a community.

And now, a couple years later, I sat in a room full of women who have become family. 𝐈’𝐦 𝐬𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥. 🤍

If you’ve ever looked at what I’m doing with ZYIA and thought, “I wonder if there’s something here for me…”

Maybe there is and maybe your YES doesn’t have to look like mine.

Maybe it’s simply a small step toward a little more confidence, a bigger dream, a new community, or elevating the woman you’ve always been.

This past weekend at the @zyiaactive Summit in Salt Lake City, one of our speakers shared something that spoke to me: “𝑫𝒐 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒃𝒆 𝒂 𝒅𝒐𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕.”

To me, that means refusing to shrink yourself to make others comfortable. A doormat gets stepped on, tossed aside, and forgotten, but you? You were created for more.

You are here to be 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻, 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱. You are here to walk through doors, not be left lying at them. You are here to light up rooms with your gifts, not fade quietly into the background.

Life will test you, people may try to dull your shine, but never forget—𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵. Don’t let anyone roll you up, step over you, or diminish your flame.

Instead… stand tall, live boldly, and protect the light inside of you. The world needs your spark. ✨🔥

At the end of the day, we all deserve to have a community we are proud of. One built on 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. If you’re looking for that kind of space, I’d love to invite you to reach out and join mine. 💬
