Adored HX26, what really got me was how one theme kept resurfacing throughout the weekend:

The future of wellness isn’t about optimising harder, it’s about working with our biology.

For all the discussion around longevity, diagnostics, wearables, peptides and performance, the conversation kept returning to the basics.

Sleep. Movement. Nutrition. Nervous regulation.Nature.

Brilliant to hear from @huberman, @drsturm, kayla, @foundmyfitness, @tarastewart, @roseferguson and @roxinafousi.

And to discover brands including @neurosym, @higherdose, @thornehealth, @livemomentous and @barebiology.

Last night, Ireland Fashion Week’s official launch dinner took place in the Fernhouse Restaurant, Avoca Kilmacanogue. Avoca is also home to Ireland’s oldest working weaving mill, founded in 1723. ✨

Heritage, culture, and craftsmanship lay at the heart of Ireland Fashion Week, and the evening’s event celebrated the creativity and innovation shaping Irish design. The Avoca Handweaving Mill stood as a symbol of Ireland’s textile and wool heritage, preserving centuries-old traditions through generations of local artisans.
The historic mill was transformed to celebrate the future of Irish fashion, welcoming international guests from Vogue, Elle, The Wall Street Journal, SheerLuxe, and leading Irish media, alongside some of Ireland’s brightest designers.
At Fern House, guests enjoyed a five-course fine dining experience highlighting Irish produce, a live loom weaving demonstration, and a performance by Aoife Kelly of BIIRD - a true celebration of Irish creativity and craft. 🇮🇪✨
