The legend that is @helenehislop came to see me today. We completed several medicals, including one for the @gbiceswimming championships in Dec. Helen secured a world record for swimming the Dal Raita this summer. I can't wait to follow what she is doing this season! taken in Altrincham by @helenehislop

This week’s #MotivationMonday goes to @helenehislop, who’s had an incredible season of achievements 💪🏊‍♀️

Helen recently became the world’s first woman skins swimmer to complete the 3 Lakes Challenge UK, swimming Loch Awe, Windermere and Bala, subject to ratification. Supported by the brilliant team at @qswimadventure_ 🌊

She also took first overall, first skins, and first lady at @we_swim_run Beat The Tide 4km Swim in Aberdyfi – huge huge congratulations 👏👏👏

We’re so happy that Helen’s been staying chafe free with Ocean Lube 💙
