I think I owe you a proper introduction. Not the polished version. Not the “here’s my expertise” version. Just me. I spent the last couple of weeks trying so hard to build a brand that looked like it already knew exactly what it was doing. And somewhere along the way, I realized I was spending more energy trying to look like an authority than actually letting myself grow into one. So I'm starting over. Not from zero—just from a more honest place. I’m still learning. Still building. Still figuring things out. And I don't have years of client results to point to yet. But I do have a genuine love for thoughtful content, strategy, storytelling, and design—and a growing conviction that good ideas deserve to be communicated well. So that's what I'm here to build. One thoughtful post at a time. And if you're building something too, I hope you remember this: You don't have to have the whole path figured out before you take the next step. You just need to know which direction you're walking. I'll keep walking. And surrender the rest to Him. 🤍✨ — Cherry by @hello_cherrysocials
Good coaching deserves content that actually shows it. Not undersold by words that don't sound like you. Not lost between a strategy nobody follows and a look that shifts every few weeks. Most content help falls apart there, in the disconnect. The plan says one thing, the caption says another, the visuals say a third. That's the thinking behind everything here, whether it's a plan you take and run with, a monthly build shaped around a strategy you already have, or the full thing, strategy, story, and design, carried together from start to finish. Different tiers, different amount of hands-on. Same care behind each one. Not sure which one's yours? Link's in my bio, let's talk it through.✨ by @hello_cherrysocials
Booking a call is the easy part. What happens after is usually the part nobody explains. Here's the honest timeline: a real discovery call, an agreement in writing, an invoice, then a welcome kit with a guide and an intake form so I actually understand your brand before I ask for anything else. Once onboarding's done, everything runs through one system: understand, plan, create, execute, review and improve. Then it settles into a rhythm. Weekly check-ins to stay aligned. A report every month, not just once at the start. No scrambled paperwork, no wondering what step you're on. Just a process that's as organized as the work itself. If this is the kind of start that feels right, the link's in my bio✨ by @hello_cherrysocials
Your coaching has a clear framework. Your Instagram doesn’t. 👀 Picture a coach who knows her work changes how people think. Her insights are sharp, and she’s still building her brand. But her profile doesn’t say it, and her content is easy to scroll past. And quietly, a thought creeps in: “Maybe I’m not as good as I thought.” She is. Her content just isn’t showing it. Her insight was never the problem. It’s undersold. It’s rarely one thing. It’s usually three: a plan that isn’t guiding what you post, a story that isn’t landing how you mean it, and a design that isn’t carrying the weight of your ideas. So over the next 5 posts, I’m sharing how I’d run a mindset coach’s Instagram with strategy, storytelling, and design working as one. ✨ We start with strategy, because nothing gets posted until the foundation is clear. 💡 This first part covers Steps 1-5: understanding your business, auditing your profile, studying the room, sharpening your message, and shaping how you show up. Save this so you can follow along. Comment “PART 2” 👉 and I’ll send it over. #mindsetcoachinstagram #contentstrategy #socialmediamanagerforcoaches #instagramforcoaches by @hello_cherrysocials
Someone lands on your profile and hasn’t heard you coach yet. They can’t judge your sessions, so they judge what they can see👀 A 2024 systematic review of research on visual design and trust reports that consistent, aesthetically pleasing design plays a key role in how credible content feels. 👉It’s mostly research on news media, not coaching, so treat it as a pattern, not a promise. 💡It also notes that people can trust attractive content more than they should. Design earns the first look, and your content earns the trust. 👉Put your last 9 posts side by side and check fonts, colors, and layout. Fix the biggest inconsistency first. Save this as your profile check. Send it to a coach whose feed doesn’t match their coaching😉✨ #contentforcoaches #socialmediaforcoaches #instagramforcoaches #contentstrategyforcoaches #coachcontenttips by @hello_cherrysocials
Consistency matters more than motivation” is good advice. It’s also easy to forget👀 👉Now imagine missing one day of your routine, feeling like you’ve failed, and giving up until next Monday. The idea has a real situation attached, and your audience recognizes themselves in it. 💡Start with a problem they recognize, show you understand it, offer a way forward, then show the change it can create. That’s how advice becomes a story. Follow along for more storytelling tips you can actually use✨ #contentforcoaches #socialmediaforcoaches #instagramforcoaches #contentstrategyforcoaches #coachcontenttips by @hello_cherrysocials
Your content pillars might be organized, but are they strategic?👀 “Tips,” “Motivation,” and “Education” tell you what you could post. They don’t tell you whether it matters to your audience, what it should accomplish, or how it fits into the bigger picture. Before you commit to a pillar, ask three questions. - Relevance: does this matter to my audience? - Purpose: which stage of their journey does it support? - Differentiation: why does this pillar need to exist separately from the others? Swipe for an example using a mindset coach’s “Emotional Patterns” pillar. If one answer is missing, refine the pillar before creating more posts. Save this for your next content strategy review (or send it to a coach with a long list of topics and no plan)👀✨ #contentforcoaches #socialmediaforcoaches #instagramforcoaches #contentstrategyforcoaches #coachcontenttips by @hello_cherrysocials
Some posts get seen but never get you inquiries, and some build trust but never get found. One post can’t do every job👀 Here are the three jobs content does: 💡Level 1, get seen. Relatable and easy to share. Think of a pain point people recognize or a quick reframe. It brings new people in. 💡Level 2, get trusted. Shows how you think. Think frameworks, stories, and step-by-steps like this one. It makes people want to keep following. 💡Level 3, get chosen. Make the work and the next step clear. Think how you work and what happens when someone reaches out. It turns interest into a conversation. 👉Count your last 9 posts and tag each one 1, 2, or 3. If most are the same level, make your next three posts the one you’re missing. I plan my own content at about 40% / 40% / 20%, but treat that as a starting point, not a rule. 🍒I’m Cherry. I help growth and mindset coaches turn ideas into content worth saving, with strategy, storytelling, and design brought together. 🍒Follow along if you’d rather mean something to the right audience than chase everyone😉✨ #contentforcoaches #socialmediaforcoaches #instagramforcoaches #contentstrategyforcoaches #coachcontenttips by @hello_cherrysocials
Your carousel can have valuable advice and still be difficult to read👀 Keep the substance and lighten the delivery. Give each slide one main job. Make it easy to scan with short paragraphs and one bold phrase. Leave white space instead of shrinking the font. 👉If a slide feels cramped, edit the copy or move part of it to the next slide. Save this and send to a coach whose slides are packed with good ideas✨ #contentforcoaches #socialmediaforcoaches #instagramforcoaches #contentstrategyforcoaches #coachcontenttips by @hello_cherrysocials
A post can reach a lot of people and still do nothing for you👀 When you aim for everyone, the content gets broader and safer. Broad content is easy to scroll past, even when the advice behind it is good. Views are worth tracking, but they don’t tell you whether the right person felt seen. A smaller post that speaks to one clear problem often does more for trust than a bigger one that speaks to no one in particular. Use the name test before you post: 💡Can you picture one specific client this post would help? 💡Can you say what problem they’re stuck on in one sentence? 💡Does your first line name that problem? If any answer is no, narrow the topic until it becomes a yes. For example, “content tips” becomes “what to post when a session leaves you with no ideas.” My own numbers are still small, and I’d rather build them with the right people than with everyone. Save this as your pre-post check. Then send it to a coach who’s tired of chasing views😉✨ #contentforcoaches #socialmediaforcoaches #instagramforcoaches #contentstrategyforcoaches #coachcontenttips by @hello_cherrysocials
It’s easy to make your content all about you. Your credentials, your process, your philosophy👀 Those can build credibility, but if your audience can’t see how they connect to their own struggle, the message may not land. Donald Miller’s StoryBrand approach puts your audience in the hero’s seat and you in the role of guide. 👉Before you publish, shift from what you know to what they need to understand. You don’t hide your expertise. You give it a purpose in their story. Save this for your next content planning session✨ #contentforcoaches #socialmediaforcoaches #instagramforcoaches #contentstrategyforcoaches #coachcontenttips by @hello_cherrysocials
You finish a session, the client has a real moment, and by the next call it’s buried in your notes👀 Then the blank page comes, and you start hunting for trending topics when the best material already happened in the room. Your sessions are full of what your audience is thinking, in their own words. 👉 You don’t need to invent ideas. You need to know what to look for. Open your last 3 session notes and look for: 💡A question you keep hearing. Turn it into a hook. If a client asked it, others are quietly wondering the same thing. 💡A reframe that landed. Turn it into a carousel, with the “before” thought on slide 1 and the shift on slide 2. 💡A moment something shifted. Turn it into a short story: the situation, the tension, the turn. Keep it anonymous, or ask permission first. That’s often three posts from ten minutes of looking back. 🍒I’m Cherry. I help growth and mindset coaches turn ideas into content worth saving, with strategy, storytelling, and design brought together. 🍒Follow @hello_cherrysocials, and I’ll keep showing coaches how to find posts in the work they’re already doing. by @hello_cherrysocials
