New work for @guardian 🗞️ 🍼

Excited to share another cover for The Guardian’s Lifestyle supplement from last Saturday! It’s also the first time I’ve animated an artwork for this client, swipe through to see it move! 👀

This illustration was to accompany an article called Everything in Hand, and was all about the parenting hacks that actually work. A big thank you to AD @suzanne_lemon_ for another lovely commission and to my great agent @timbojhiggins for keeping everything running smoothly! ✌🏻

I’ve currently got some availability to work on new projects, so I’d love to hear from you! Whether it’s a project within advertising, branding, editorial or publishing, then please reach out to either myself or my agents @mp_illustration , thanks! 🙏🏻

Brighton & Hove doesn’t need more chains. It needs more people backing the places that make the city worth living in.

So we made a guide.

The Brighton Indie Food Guide is our quarterly edit of the independent cafés, pubs, bakeries, restaurants and bars we genuinely think deserve your time and your money.

No paid placements. No popularity contest. Just brilliant independents, from new openings to old favourites and a few places that deserve a lot more attention than they get.

Because every time you choose independent, you’re voting for the kind of city you want to live in.

Eat like you give a damn.

Download our guide, and get our indies thriving again. taken in Brighton and Hove by @hello_timalexander

I heard it’s International Dog Day today! 🐶🐾

First day back in the studio after Green Man Festival, and what started out as a warm up doodle ended up as this finished illustration. I really wanted to explore playing with scale, relationships between scale and adding character quirks to animals, something I don’t have a lot of in my portfolio. Swipe to see another warm up sketch that I was happy with!

My books are currently open and I’m actively looking for new commissions, collaborations and opportunities. If you’ve got a project in mind then reach out! 👋🏻

Excited to be heading off to the beautiful Brecon Beacons later this week for @greenmanfest so I’m shooting my shot with this speculative festival identity! 🎤🎵

It’d be an absolute bucket-list, dream come true, to be commissioned to illustrate the identity for @greenmanfest 🏕️ A host of incredible artists have contributed to the festivals previous identities, and I’d love to throw my hat in the ring. It’s one of the most welcoming, beautiful, creative festivals I’ve been to - last years set from Underworld was life-changingly good!

If you see this @greenmanfest , @many hands.murals & @manyhands.studio - let’s chat! 💬
