One of the biggest questions I’m always asked is what’s the benefit of having global rep? ✏️

That’s a maaaaasssive topic I can definitely make content on sometime, but I think this right here shows it too!!🗽

✈️Last week @mp_illustration took mine and the roster’s work across the Atlantic to the big apple, fostering connections old and shiny new!! Hello to Droga5, WSJ and others! 👋🏻🍎

📸Big thanks to my agent @timbojhiggins for the pics and the continued efforts with @birdseyeview88 to get our names out there. One of the things I’m most proud of is to be on a roster as madly talented as this one ❤️‍🔥

I spy @hello_timalexander @jelee.jelee and @fortunatejoaquin in these pics too!

One more from the recent @guardian job 🍝 🍽️

Thanks for all the love on artworks I shared the other day, illustrating food is one of my favourite things to do and I was chuffed with how this set of artworks have come out. Swipe through to see some of the other concepts! ✏️

Once again, big thanks to AD @pieshopdesigns for such a fun brief and to my agent @timbojhiggins from @mp_illustration for helping manage the project 🙌🏻

My books are currently open and I’m actively looking for new commissions, collaborations and opportunities. If you’ve got a project in mind then reach out! 👋🏻

New work for @guardian 🧃🍕

Excited to share some new illustrations for last weekends Issue 3 of The @guardian Food Quarterly. I say this a lot but I’m genuinely really happy with how these artworks turned out, feels like a slightly more honed in aspect to my style that I’m proud of. Swipe through to see the hero, spot and some of the sketches, more to come later in the week! 🖼️

Big thanks to AD @pieshopdesigns for getting me on board for this great commission and to my agent @timbojhiggins from @mp_illustration for managing the project! 🙌🏻

Physical maps are now in production and will be available across Brighton & Hove next week

In the meantime, we’ve got a downloadable PDF plus a Google Map version you can access right now through our link in bio

Another thank you to our incredible illustrator @hello_timalexander. After seeing a tidal wave of AI slop invade our feeds this year, it’s a pleasure to have worked on this with someone who puts a real life pencil to real life paper

Finally, a huge thank you to the overwhelmingly positive response from our first post. Almost 1000 followers, a lot of encouraging comments, and quite a few people and businesses messaging about sponsorship. We now need to work out what sponsorship looks like so we can make volume 2 even bigger and better

Brighton & Hove doesn’t need more chains. It needs more people backing the places that make the city worth living in.

So we made a guide.

The Brighton Indie Food Guide is our quarterly edit of the independent cafés, pubs, bakeries, restaurants and bars we genuinely think deserve your time and your money.

No paid placements. No popularity contest. Just brilliant independents, from new openings to old favourites and a few places that deserve a lot more attention than they get.

Because every time you choose independent, you’re voting for the kind of city you want to live in.

Eat like you give a damn.

Download our guide, and get our indies thriving again.

I heard it’s International Dog Day today! 🐶🐾

First day back in the studio after Green Man Festival, and what started out as a warm up doodle ended up as this finished illustration. I really wanted to explore playing with scale, relationships between scale and adding character quirks to animals, something I don’t have a lot of in my portfolio. Swipe to see another warm up sketch that I was happy with!

My books are currently open and I’m actively looking for new commissions, collaborations and opportunities. If you’ve got a project in mind then reach out! 👋🏻
