All dressed up with my favorite guy (no hat!) and some pretty cool people 🫶🏼

From high school memories to watching their kids get married. How did we get here?!!!!😂

We don’t get dressed up often so naturally it deserved a place on the grid.

Eight years of Hello. 🥹💛

Feeling extra grateful this year - for every person who has walked through our doors, cheered us on, shared a post, brought a friend, or simply kept choosing local.

For our birthday, I have one little ask: go support a local business you love this month. Or finally check out that one you’ve been meaning to visit. It matters more than you know.

Here’s to 8 years. Thank you, STL. We’re so grateful to still be here. 🫶

Sometimes I wonder if we’re all pretending this part doesn’t exist.

Owning a business has been one of the greatest blessings in my life….but it’s also been one of the hardest.

For years, my priority was making sure everyone else got paid before I did. That’s not a complaint. It’s just the reality of building something you believe in.

I don’t share this for sympathy. I share it because I wish someone had told me what entrepreneurship really looked like before I started.

If you’re in that season right now, keep going🤍

Our first vacation in 4 years, and it reminded us of a few things we don’t want to forget.

Sometimes you don’t realize how much you need to slow down until you actually do. 🤍

Have you learned something on vacation that stuck with you? by @hellojenstl

❤️FRANKIE❤️

It’s been a week since someone tied you to a bench and we found you.

2 weeks ago, Jon said we could think about getting another dog. And now….here you are.

I can’t help but think you were meant for us. 🥰

You are so sweet and lovable.

I’m sorry that someone was so mean to you but I’m grateful your path lead you to us.

You’ve already brought us so much love in just a few days. Even though you chewed up my favorite hat😂

We love you so much sweet girl ❤️

If I’m totally honest, this is hard for me.

Moving my body. Consistently.

I will always find an excuse.

Today was just about showing up for myself❤️Thankful @eureka_crossfit offers on the go options.
