I always feel a little guilty leaving Zoey at home when I’m heading out to work, so finding places that welcome her is a major win. 🐾

Hello Juice has become one of my favorite little work spots—pretty atmosphere, healthy smoothies, and they’re so dog-friendly. They even brought Zoey frozen blueberries as a treat. 🫐🥹

Such a hidden gem and the perfect excuse to get out of the house, get some work done, and bring my favorite coworker along.

Listen, I’ve hosted enough retreats at this point to know that the weekend itself is actually the EASY PART.

You can cry. Breakthrough. Journal. Breathe. Connect. Say the thing you’ve never said out loud. Feel more like yourself than you have in years. It’s big, it’s EXPANSIVE, it’s A MACRODOSE.

And then, you go home….

Back to your job. Your relationship. Your responsibilities. Your triggers. Your patterns.

You start noticing all the things that aren’t in alignment with the person you want to be.

And now you REALLY can’t unsee.

THIS where the work actually starts.

I’m waaaaay less interested in creating a beautiful weekend that makes you feel something for three days, than I am in creating experiences that actually change the way you move through your life.

That means integration.
That means tools you’ll actually use.
That means conversations that continue.
That means community that doesn’t disappear when everyone gets on a plane.

The retreat is the catalyst.

What you do with it after is THE WHOLE POINT.

Eight years of Hello. 🥹💛

Feeling extra grateful this year - for every person who has walked through our doors, cheered us on, shared a post, brought a friend, or simply kept choosing local.

For our birthday, I have one little ask: go support a local business you love this month. Or finally check out that one you’ve been meaning to visit. It matters more than you know.
